Got to use a moving truck for free and the gentleman that handled the transaction was very pleasant.
I was leaving at 5:59 p.m & the gate wouldn't open,then I had to call sheriff's to come & open the gate.then they took an hour so I sat here with my new born crying because he only had one bottle because I live around the corner. So assuming I'd be fast & not knowing they lock you in at 6 p.m & the worker seen me & said hi,then really knowingly locks us in? It would be zero stars if it was a choice.
Met with Tom @ Mentone storage who was a pleasure to work with. Was very helpful and polite. I really liked the fact that they offered the moving truck for our moving needs,This helped tremendously! Also, I noticed security cameras all around the lot & the office has multiple security screens they keep an eye on which makes me feel my storage is safer.

I met with Maria and Martin. Two of the nicest people I've met. Courteous and Professional. The facility is very clean and my 10 x 20 unit was clean and ready to go when I arrived. I've had family rent from this facility for years and never complained. Being highly recommended, I know now why. Thank you for everything!
Excellent customer service. Facility is clean, gated for security, easily accessible. Buildings are well kept, everything in working order. Competitive pricing, not the cheapest, however I want secure storage so I am willing to pay a little more for the better quality. Highly recommended. Overall A+++++++ rating.
I met with Maria who was very nice and professional. Storage facility was well kept up. My only issue was my passcode didn't work on Sunday when we were bringing furniture and there was no one in the office to help us. We were not able to move anything in and now have to wait til next weekend to move our stuff into storage. We had to store our furniture in my uncle's backyard and ash was getting all over my antique sofas from the El Dorado fire.When I met with Maria on monday she apologized for the inconvenience and showed me that it was a computer glitch. She immediately fixed the problem.
I have been calling for weeks and leaving messages to update billing as my CC was compromised and changed for security yet no one has returned any calls... now I get the collections phone calls and still no one answers ... I leave work early to find they are locked in the office till 3 for " lunch " add to that the it seems every month the prices increase for no apparent reason ... not a happy camper. I never had these issues when I stored here in years past .. what does this say ? Might be time to move ....
Nicole's husband needs to be nicer to his customers. He is not friendly by any means! We are paying to be there! The new company that manages this location should have never done away with 24/7 hour access! We should be able to have 24 hour access to our convenience at all times. We all work during their new hours of service! We should not be limited to when we can access our personal belongings if we are paying for the storage space!!!!! That is absolutely rediculous!!!!!
