Online, the unit I wanted to rent says you get 50% off the first months rent, and then it’s $153 a month after that if you buy online. I took my boat there and told them I would rent it if my boat would fit inside. I knew I’d have to put it in sideways to make it fit. It fit, so I tried to do it online but they have no phone signal or wifi there for me to complete the purchase. The office told me there is no 50% off first months rent, and it’s $157 a month with mandatory insurance purchase which is an extra $9 a month I believe. Well, I am online again right now and it states in red, that you get 50% off first months rent and $153 a month after that. I have pictures of before and after of the Internet stating this but I cannot upload them. I even showed the office guy, but he said there’s nothing he can do about it. I think It’s a scam to get you there and tie you in.
Staff is friendly, they keep the grounds clean, getting a unit was quick and easy and I was able to complete it online and start moving stuff to my unit same day!
The facility and the office staff are great! There was some confusion over getting a free month with a 3-month agreement. I thought I was getting it when I reserved online, but later learned they don't do that. I'm not sure where the misunderstanding came in. Also, trying to sign their contract on my phone or computer was a nightmare. They should use DocuSign instead of the crazy service they use. I had to go into the office to sign, and even then it was much more confusing than it should have been.
Every aspect of this rental was handled friendly and efficiently. Debbie, Jackie, and staff made the process very easy. Unit and facility were very clean. When it appeared that we couldn't get all our stuff out, immediately a smaller space was offered. We ended up not needing it, but it was nice to know that we didn't have to rent our 10x35 any longer than necessary. Great experience all around.
I reserved a unit online as we were preparing for a big move from the Bay Area. They were able to hold my unit for 2 weeks and it was perfectly ready on the day of our arrival with the moving van. Our movers were able to easily maneuver their 26' truck through the lot. The entire lot and office are spotless and very well maintained. I was thoroughly impressed by Debbie, her customer service skills and follow up to make sure that I was fully taken care of. She made me feel very welcome and at home after a stressful move day. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone else I know in need of a storage solution.
I can honestly say these guys in Soulsbyville are the kindest and most understanding people, especially in this industry. I know my belongings are safe, the facility is well maintained and clean, I have easy access to my unit and it's always wel lit at night. It's always a joy to stop in and say hi. I wouldn't thInk about going to any other storage facility. If I could give 10 stars, I'd give 20 lol
Debbie, Debbie, Debbie. Was wonderful! I called last minute from Seattle to help set a family member up with a unit and she was not only beyond helpful, but had amazing customer service. We got everything squared away with ease + had good conversation, which now a days is a rarity. Interactions like that are priceless, but compensation is always nice so someone get her a raise! Thank you again, and would definitely recommend.
It says SECURE storage . However , as we were moving everything out of this storage yesterday we realized our Cat Generator used once and chain saw were missing. This facility is not secure.
BEWARE! They had our phone number and never called once!! Our mode of auto pay needed updating and they did not reach out! $729.90 later, they had cut our lock, put us up for auction AND callously threw the cut lock on our unit floor! Rude, disrespectful and extortionists!!! Too bad we can’t give ZERO STARS
Debbie & Jackie are GRAND!! They got me unlost, took care of my storage needs quickly and efficiently, in fact, they had everything ready for me when I finally arrived. These girls went out of their way to make sure that I had the right size storage just in time for my move. They even guided me to the good grub stop! The facility is cleaner than any I have used before and so secure. If you so need, there is plenty of moving products available also. Thank you Debbie and Jackie!!
