Couldn't ask for a better place. The staff are very knowledgeable on what can fit in units. We Pulled up in a 26' box truck they asked us what we had inside and instantly knew that we needed a bigger unit to load into. Great access Indoors and outdoors.
This is my first time using a storage unit for myself and I can't have asked for a better experience. Rayann especially has always been there to help me with anything I need like when I needed to downsize my unit as I moved stuff out. I highly recommend them! Thank you.

While fighting the stress of searching for a new home, I found myself in need of storing my belongings temporarily in storage. Previously, I had rented a unit from Storage on 4th so I thought I might return for another round of business. One of the reasons I returned is due to the quality of the facilities. They are clean, secure, and simple to access. Also, they seem to be one of the larger storage providers around so they had a decent amount of choices to accommodate my own needs. Although I returned because of my expectation of a quality product, I was happily surprised with the even better quality of service I received. Jordan Moa helped me throughout the entire process from reserving a unit at the beginning of March, to securing the agreement on moving day, to finally exploring for a 2nd unit when I realized I needed a bit more space. Throughout the process, he was super helpful with looking at different sized units to figure out which I would need. All the while, maintaining a friendly & professional demeanor. You can tell that Jordan cares about the quality of his own work and helping others is in his nature. Give this man a raise! : My overall experience with the product and service at Storage on 4th has me convinced that I will be a customer for as long as I'm in the Renton area.
A huge thank you to Brittany and Cherie who went above and beyond the call of duty to protect my elderly mother from shady movers. These are truly good people who you can trust and feel good about doing business with.
Jeremiah Adams gave exceptional customer service!!! Admittedly losing the unit keys Jeremiah seamlessly helped out to resolve replacing and renewing my keys and as witness to seeing him bust out the old lock which was ‘no’ easy feat he was calm and capable and did it in no time. Extremely grateful for the understanding and positive attitude it made moving my things a breeze. I absolutely feel my items are in good hands and in a very secure place. Man I what a great experience with Navia at storage on 4th. She was so nice from start to finish. Really by the time I got done moving all me stuff in. she felt like family. And I've had some horrible experiences at other places. Get prices, very clean and she is very understanding of any unique situations. I would highly recommend.
This is my 3rd time renting a storage unit & this was the BEST experience yet! Brittany, Jessica & Reggie were all more than helpful from helping me pick the appropriate sized unit to giving me information on the rental insurance packages they offered. I will recommend this business to anyone I ever meet needing a storage unit. Thank you Storage on 4th!!!
Wow! What a fantastic facility. I can't speak highly enough of good-natured manager Carmen and the way this facility has been able to go above and beyond to accommodate my unusual needs. I saved time and money by using them, and on top of all that the facility is fantastically maintained. I feel my things will be very safe in their care. Thank you guys!
