Been here for almost 10 years and they have been great and attentive. Clean and easy to get around inside with trucks. Its smaller so In't think they have spaces for boats and RVs.

Great place for storage! The staff is kind, courteous, and friendly! Setting up automatic payments is quick and simple, access is very secure, and staff is responsive to any inquiry I ever have had. Been storing with Stor-House for nearly 10 years and recommend it to my friends often!

I showed up late in the day to do my business, but staff stayed late to assist. Was very happy with the service. Five stars.

First of all, the rental of a new storage unit was a smooth a transaction as there ever was. The whole process of paperwork took no more than 15 minutes. Not to mention I found this place extremely clean. Very, very good security. And in general, one of the nicest storage units I've ever seen. I would recommend it highly to anyone who wanted to use them in Renton .

Great place for storage! Reservation was easy, their key card system makes this location very secure, and the free truck rental is a nice perk. Very happy with my experience.

I lived in Renton for years and when I moved to Tacoma I continued to use Stor House due to how wonderful the facility is.  I have had multiple storage units over the years at this location and recently cleared out the last one, it was an extremely bitter sweet moment! The facility is clean, well managed and growing so there are a lot size options for storage.  They have a bunch of moving supplies for sale in their lobby and they offer shredding services as well.  I have recommended family and friends here over the years and they all agree, Stor House in Renton is the best storage facility they have ever used.  The care and consideration Richie and Jose give their customers is beyond. It was the only bill I did not mind paying due to how pleasant they were. Thank you Jose and Richie for always being positive and a joy to work with!  If you need to store any of your belongings, short or long term, this is your spot!

I rarely write reviews, but with The Stor House I'll make an exception.  The facility is top notch.  Its not your typical storage facility.  Clean, safe, cameras everywhere.  But what truly sets it apart is the staff.  This is NOT your typical storage facility staff.  Friendly, helpful, and always courteous.  I would highly recommend this facility for storage to any friend or family member.

I am impressed by the level of professionalism, service, attitude with the Stor House in Renton.  They really have made it easy to rent a unit at their storage facility.  Everything is streamlined and any questions or concerns are immediately addressed.  I can't say enough about all three men I interacted with- Jose, Ritchie, and Ajit.  Super pleased with using their services.  Thank you!

I just rented a storage unit from this place and it was one of the most pleasant experience I had. Marie helped us get set up and she was very helpful and funny. Would recommend renting here.
