*UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER FROM PREVIOUS 5 STAR REVIEW!!!* -**PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE PLACE***EU After my original contract in May, I am now at the end of my rental agreement. I signed up during a 3 month special. But after speaking to the Property Manager ANTONY he confirmed with his supervisor that they would honor the special for 1 more month into August. As we are now in August, I have been charged the FULL AMOUNT and not the price confirmed at contract signing. I have called numerous times but the district manager is NEVER AVAILABLE. On the contract they have on file and the contract I have in my possession, it CLEARLY STATES IN MY HANDWRITING the breakdown of prices I am to be charged for May-June-July-AND August. Even with this proof I am not being refunded my $27. At this time in life $27 is not to be ignored. It can go towards necessary things such as groceries and gas money. I will NOT accept anything other than my REFUND!!!… Great experience! Antony with no H we had a laugh about that was very professional. Christina and Jessica were very sweet and made sure I was taken care of quickly. It is always nice to have great customer service and they definitely provided that today!
We all know storage places can be quite confusing when locating your unit. Marleen and Christina were very professional and extremely helpful with giving me the easiest and direct path to my unit. They made life easier for me today. Thanks appreciate you guys.
We walked in to inquire about renting a storage unit. Ricardo answered all of our questions and he showed us where our storage unit would be and where the closest loading gates would be for us. Ricardo walked us through the entire process - even showing us how to access the building and operate the loading bay door. Ricardo made the process so incredibly easy and effortless that we decided to go ahead right then and rent a storage unit. We could not have asked for a better experience. Ricardo - Thank you for going above and beyond to help us! You are a true Professional!
The move-in experience wasn't the best due to the elevator not working. I called to report the elevator wasn't working customer worker stated that she will send an email. We had to use the freight elevator that was on the other side of the building but we made it work. The storage space itself was nice and clean.
Storage Rentals of America is hands down one of the better facilities to trust for storing your items. From cleanliness of the facility, to ease of leasing, to the most important part which is customer service that is excellently given by storage agents Marlene, Cris, and the team, SROA is worth the five stars. Thanks guys and I will recommend to others.
Getting the storage was a wonderful experience with Richard. Afterwards it all went downhill. I was at the storage bringing my items and left 2 items outside the elevator because it wouldn’t fit on the elevator. I return and my 2 items were gone. I called the location and it’s been 2 days and I have not received a call back. Supposedly there is camera but really displeased and that no one has called back. One of the items which belonged to my father who passed away 20 years ago is a sentimental item. Truly disappointed with customer service at this place!!
Went in yesterday to get a storage unit and Christina was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about every thing I asked about the storage units and the area in which the storage is located. Christina customer service is outstanding!!!!!! Thank you so much I appreciate you.
Good storage spot. Prices are fair compared to others in Belleville NJ. 24/7 access with many options of loading gates. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and overall was great customer service.
I WORK IN THE INDUSTRY, DO NOT RENT HERE They work much like all other storage places: they do their walkthroughs, somewhat maintain the property, I'm guessing they clean the inside once a year, they have a somewhat operational elevator. Sarcasm aside, for a storage place that has a bigger team than most retail stores, that place is garbage. The actual worst part, the part where they STEAL your money? Rate increases. They have the highest rate increases of all the companies I've seen: between the ones I've worked for, friends worked for, other employees have worked for, and have rented from myself. This is not an exaggeration, compared to the next highest I know, this place was much higher. For all the money they charge, that place should look immaculate, not like they converted it last week. If you have money burning a hole in your wallet and looking for a dreary place to store your things which floods, this is the storage place for you!
Marleen is extremely professional, highly competent, and a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Definitely coming back.
