Our 20,000 sq. ft facility includes a state-of-the-art Training Center, a specialized strength and athletic conditioning area, a large well-equipped room for group conditioning classes, a 4000 sq. ft mat area, two competition boxing rings, two mixed martial arts cages, a spacious bag area, parents' viewing area, men/women's locker rooms with showers.
