I was excited to finally come watch a movie to this location as it’s close to my home. However I was disappointed in the lack of customer service , food quality and atmosphere. In my opinion it seems they are understaffed even though the theater was pretty empty. Our movie showed sold out however only 1/3 of the seats were occupied. You walk in and there is no one to greet you and let u know where to print ur ticket or where your theater room is located. No one checks to make sure you purchased a ticket. The location wasn’t clean, the bathrooms were dirty, the seat I purchased was broken. Theater 6 Row H Seat 6 Our movie started at 7, we arrived at 6:30 and ordered food. The rest of our party arrived after us and ordered their food and they got what they ordered before we did. I couldn’t take a picture as they brought us our food after the movie started. I ordered cheese fries with brisket, however I was given only cheese fries. My husband ordered pretzel bites which arrived cold. They don't bring you silverware unless you ask for it and they charge you for everything. The pretzel bites say they come with cheese, but you get charged for a side of cheese. I asked for ranch for my fries and was charged for it. They also add a tip to your check without telling you that it will be added automatically. Definitely not returning to the establishment. I do not recommend coming here. If you are in the area and looking for a dine in movie theater go somewhere else.
Love this movie theater! You order what you what like by pressing a button from your seat in the movie theater and the staff will bring it to your seat. The food is pretty good and the drinks are great too. The menu has a wide array of options and kids meals too. I tried the buffalo tenders, fries and nachos both were delicious. I also had the tiki punch as well. Super delicious.
Went to see the little mermaid here and was not prepared for how unique it is. The theater is very pretty but definitely not like a tradition theater. I was not aware that they had a full dinner service throughout the movie. While I do think this is nice, it gets a little irritating having people walking in front of you all the time to help the people next to you. I also found it interesting that an 18% tip is added automatically to your order. The chairs recline some but not enough for you to be comfortable. I think if you want a dinner and movie all in one this place is for you.
Very relaxing. Comfortable seats. Servers were nice but a little negligent. I love how you go to a kiosk for tickets. Good price and tickets and food. A little pricey on drinks for the size they are.
The cinema service as such is super good, the seats are comfortable, they have a lot of parking space, but the kitchen specifically made the fries with cheese and super salty bacon and they arrived cold. I didn't return it because the movie had already started and in Regarding price and value, it was not worth paying $11 for such a salty and cold dish. I asked for a milkshake and that one was very tasty. I don't give 5 stars because of the kitchen
Very cool experience! Being a non-US citizen, this is definitely worth your night out. Nice and clean theater, very comfy seats and easy to order quality food and drinks right from your seat. Only downside was that our food was slightly cooled off; not cold, but you could tell it had been sitting somewhere for a bit too long - could have been prevented!
Love their reclinable sits, super comfortable! Close to Sunset Walk , so after the movies you can just continue the fun. They offer dinning and bar!
Great movie theater. Good dining selection as well as a nice bar. Theater seats are very comfortable.
Love the area. The theater is aesthetically pleasing. The seats would be ideal if they reclined even more and The food was good with pleasant servers. Expect gratuity fee add to your bill. Though some seats was torn the theater is nice and clean .
Love the theater and the reclining seats. The reason for two stars was for today, 8/2. I ordered chicken wings. They were great but when I took a bite of the carrot it was rotten. The lettuce in my sliders was not fresh either. I notified and employee which would let the manager know. It’s dark in the theater so you can see your food but when being prepared it is up to the kitchen staff to stay on top of this. Overall, the theater is great. I hoping this doesn’t happen again.
