I'm new to the West coast and stopped by this store about a month ago and found some really cute stuff - clothes, makeup, home goods! Legit so excited that they have a great variety of established brands I love Free People, Baggu, French Girl. I'll be commuting to this area for work so I'm excited to stop by and visit when I can :-
My only complaint was they had white sage to smudge for sale but could not tell me where it was sourced from, only "that it was done the right way." It made me wonder if they knew the importance of white sage to the Native American culture and that it is cultural appropriation unless obtained the right way. There are many MANY alternatives to using a sacred indigenous medicine. This is mainly a concern because our people were killed and sent to boarding schools for having beliefs that circled around our culture and our sacred medicines, like white sage. Perhaps a good remedy would be to source the smudge sticks from a Native American business with a note of the importance of this sacred medicine for the buyer to educate themselves on the fact that improper sourcing is leading to over harvesting of this plant, and the fact that this medicine holds no medicinal value unless blessed and given to someone as a gift from a person with tribal bonds. It is important to educate so I thank you for reading this and considering the changes. It is important to respect all cultures and the hardships they endured to have survived to this day. We find unity in our differences, and considering all due respects are given, we love teaching and including in our culture. Please see this as a considerate note of love and support and advice to an otherwise wonderful shop here in the heart of Walla Walla! Other than that, this is a Cute shop! Went in for the plants and saw something for everyone there. Would return to shop again! Beautiful earrings and accessories. Employees were kind updated to show concern first
Great boutique. Variety of styles and decent price points. Found this chic dress on their discount rack! Worth the visit.
This place is awesome! They have some great sales and a very unique selection of clothing. And cool Polar goods. Make sure to stop in.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was here with my girlfriend and the staff kindly pointed me to a bench where I could sit and wait for her super thoughtful and very much appreciated!
They don’t give returns very well I spent like to of money there one time they gave me the run around on a return
