Nice and quiet community no nosey people everyone minds their own business ...also is near the country area

Constantly say you owe them money. You ask for an invoice, all of a sudden their email stops working, and you never hear from them. Previously I was told I “owed money” and come to find out I didn’t, it was a mistake on their end. This is why invoices are important, especially with this place, where they have went through at least 4 managers since I’ve resided here.

I've lived here for 10 years and these new owners are the absolute worst. Almost every day this week the water is turned off for 4 - 8 hours every day. I can't givemy dogs fresh water this morning. I'm so angry. Yesterday they had the water off from 4 - 9, we had to eat dinner so late. Don't move here unless you want your water shut off without warning. Also a crack head rode the car through the mail boxes and they still haven't fixed it yet it's been almost 2 months, we have to go to the post office to get our mail now. Nes owners are cheap and don't care about you

Nice quiet and beautiful Mobile Home Park!!!!

I have lived at Suburban Acres mobile home park since 1996. 20 years I have enjoyed my home here all that time. I have good caring neighbors and a nice corner lot that is a good size. For the most part the people in the office have been receptive to my requests. sometimes better than others over the years. At this time the people in the office listen to my questions and respond as best they can. Sarah and her assistant Tara are very good and do care about the park, as well as Sara's husband Mike, whom I believe also works for the park now. They do what they can with the funds the owners allot them. I have been very happy here.

It's alright, it could be worse... half the people here mind their business and the other half feel the need to voice their opinion. Kids like to shoot off fireworks at night and a lot of domestic violence goes around along with cops and the water is always being shut off.

The park is finally under a management company, that's making improvements to the park. Newer homes are being added daily. The front office manager, who's name is Amy, is absolutely amazing. She has been a blessing to the neighborhood, and joy to work with.

Slum lords, they leave things in disrepair and always have a underground water leak, the water is constantly being shut off with no warning, soap in eyes and wash stopped half way through....dirty nasty people live here and it's getting worse. Do your self a favor and skip this place as an option.
