Ordered online, was told my order would be ready at 1:30. I arrived at 1:31, and my order was not ready. This was fine, I know things get busy, and it can take a few minutes to catch up. I then proceeded to wait until 1:47 to have my order prepared and given to me. I watched about eight customers, most of whom arrived after I arrived, order their food and leave while I waited for my food to be prepared. I was almost late returning from my lunch break. I reached out via the website to try to see if there could be some resolution, and received a reply about having a "negative experience with our website" from the manager, which was not what happened. None of the concerns were addressed. If it is a store policy to serve customers who are ordering in the restaurant before completing online orders, that policy needs to be corrected. If it is a training issue, that needs to be corrected.
Fresh bread, fresh everything, very pleasant staff. Somewhat busy but very efficient. Typical Subway store decore, everything clean. Never disappointed when I stop in here occasionally.Food: 5/5

Took my son for an earlier dinner. I had a footlong steak and cheese, he had a footlong tuna. Both subs were delicious and the tuna looked like real tuna to me. Don't understand all the hype surrounding the tuna. We had chips and a drink each and spent $25. Service was good also, will definitely be back

Only issue I had was they put the sauces on at the end so they're all sitting on top of the veggies and then ended up on the wrapper. One half of my sandwich was actually dry. Otherwise the sandwich was so good. Thank you Crest Hill location!
Abby always makes my subs for me everytime I stop in and has a super friendly personality! The manager is also nice too. Never disappointed at this location. Food: 5/5
