The lady who was taking my order was very rude. I went threw drive thru and she would not let me talk to place my order cuz she kept interrupting saying anything else I was getting ready to order chips and a drink before I could she sent me to the window so I just went across the street to Casey's and got my drink and chips

This is the second footlong I tried with 1 month between visits. WILL NOT return. This is when I asked for extra of spinach, tomato,and black olives. No salt and pepper and that as well was supposed to be extra. Had to combine ingredients to make a half way decent 6in, after paying the footlong price. Waiting for corporate to email me back......I might wait a life time. Ridiculous company and franchise for aure
Nothing like getting home to open your ice cold Philly cheese steak. No attempt to at least warm the meat !!! Do better
I've been here twice in past month and the girl with the nose ring is super rude. She does not greet you when you come in. I greeted first and she just mumbles and goes straight to WHAT DO YOU WANT. She got bother when I asked for the correct amount of cheese on the Baja steak. She put 3 slices of cheese and I asked, "isn't it 2X cheese". No reply and she just gets a new tub of cheese out. On the bright side the gentleman with the word tattoos on his right arm was super friendly.
The Chicken bacon ranch had very little chicken and no bacon with soggy bread.Ill let my YouTube followers know not to eat at Augusta subway. At these prices a person should get a great sandwich. This is not the case. Stay clear. I know I will from now on.
It was busy and having a DT I such a small establishment seems to make things slower and more chaotic. If there is a system to be efficient and utilize the DT while maintaining walk in customers, the store was unaware or unable to follow it. Customer service was decent but could have been a little more welcoming and personable. Decent sandwich though!
