I am literally sitting inside subway as I write this review. Horrible customer service and rude employee. They forgot the cheese inside both the sandwiches. They made one sandwich completely wrong adding ingredients I didn't order and not adding ingredients I did. This is very dangerous for someone with food allergies. I ordered through the app so there shouldn't be multiple mistakes since they have it typed up for them and not verbally told to them. There were two employees working on November 21, 2021 at 4:10pm. Employees are one male and one female. I don't like throwing away food especially when someone incompetent can't do their job right and then give attitude when a customer complains that they received something they didn't order. Everyone keeps on blaming Covid and telling customers to be nice but if employees did their job right and had better customer service there wouldn't be anyone being rude back or complaining. I don't like throwing away food so the solution was that they gave me cold cheeses to sprinkle on my toasted sandwiches. Good thing I sat down to eat it there otherwise I would have noticed at the hotel. Sandwich was soggy even though I grabbed it the second they put it on the shelf. Believe the bad reviews and go to another subway or another restaurant. They don't care about the customer or quality of food they are giving to the customer.
Horrible experience. I visited around 1:30 pm on 12/27/22. The lady was very very rude. My two kids got scared. I ordered two foot long combos online, and arrived there to pick them up. I had one free 6 inch sub QR code from the company, so tried to use it in the store when I picked up the online order. When I tried to pay for 6 inch sub using QR code, the QR code didn’t work. She just yelled at me without explaining the reason why it didn’t work. I tried to scan it one more time, and she even pounded the cash register to make me hurry to pay using credit card. She just kept yelling at me, ‘Pay!’. I was not there to steal the food. I bought the two footlong subs combos online, and tried to use the QR code the company sent me. Is it wrong to use the promotion? If the promo didn’t apply in that store,,just explain it to me, not yell and threaten.
The whole world is short staffed, so be kind. You've heard that right?!?! . You've heard everyone's thoughts and opinions about masks, , Brandon and race. . But what have you actually done?!?!? . Today while we wanted to grab a quick fast meal at Subway, we quickly realized the single employee with 20+ customers and online orders piling up. . We said a quick word of encouragement. . But that wasn't enough, nor was it going to solve anything. She came into work this morning, who knows what her circumstances were. A few words are nice, but what could we actually do to be a light for her today. . That's when Chris Knapp jumped into action. He jumped behind the counter, washed his hands and started to help. . Unfriendly service, asked for drink and chips meal deal and after it was rung up, wasn't charged for the drink. I was very clear. They were out of diet anyway. Out of all chips except pepper lime and plain sunchips. Definitely not a usual Subway experience.
Not so many selection options. The employees were very very unfriendly and didn't seem like they wanted to work at all. They were laughing of happynes if someone just walked past and didn't went inside. The room was very poorly with old chairs and tables. Really not a place you should go for lunch!! Go to a nearby lokal and eat some nice fish or something! Vegetarian options: At least one. Parking: You can find a parking quick

By far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a subway. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, sitting next to an Office Depot but I was greeted by friendly people. Funny, sweet people. I’ve never had so much fun discussing toppings for a turkey sandwich haha ever goin to Key Largo? You don’t need a $16 salad from that resort restaurant. Go get a sub.
Clean, fast, friendly and big, other than that it is very similar to every other Subway.
I reached here, just before the store was about to close, infact they had started wrapping up their counters. Still the lady there made us good sandwich. Thanks so much!
