Awful experience!!! I ordered on the app 9/2/23 to get my points and BOGO SPECIAL for 4 subs. They were closed!! This was my family dinner. It was a busy day and too late to cook. I Spent my last on this meal so it was a bummer I was charged immediately on The Subway App. You guessed it…. No dinner that night. The app and Google showed they were supposed to be open. Other establishments automatically cancel orders that aren’t confirmed picked up so I was waiting on my $40 + refund. Never received it. I visited the store, since then, to request my refund. Manager was not in but the employee on the clock called her for me and collected all the details from my order to issue the refund. I still haven’t received it to this day. I’ve called numerous times and no one answers the phone. I recommend calling before placing your order online. It is not reliable.
Got my order June 17, 2023 at 3:10pm, ordering through the app and picked up inside, and was VERY pleased! We have lived here for 2 years and my first time here but I am a 15+ year customer of Subway. Coast to coast for work and I have great and poor experiences but mostly great. This particular Subway was excellent: a messy tuna sub with massive extra veggies, as I always order, and they still managed to tidy it up nicely, wrapped it tightly as requested and it tasted great. The place was bright, clean, and the service was friendly, prompt and excellent. I now have a new favorite Subway! Thanks guys.
Now outta all the subways I been to I gotta say this one is the worst I just came from over there my sub is so flat and barely has any condiments on it my girlfriends sub was waaay to over toastedFood: 1/5
Do not use the subway app, this location was out of half the order and could not get a refund. The two guys working were nice enough but this company is not supporting them. Out of so many item and won’t be coming back
Do not order online or through drive thru. They will NOT listen to requests like saying more sauce, less other items and do the opposite. Pettiness? Idk. Have also ordered online to find they closed early, and still have not been able to get a refund. Parking: Parking isn't necessarily the bad part, it's just difficult to get in and out.
Disgusting and slow. Employees not using washing hands before fixing customer's food, stains around drink machine that looks like it was there for days, flies sitting on food in the display while they are making food. How are they still open with an extremely high prices? The line was extremely long with only one person making subs. One customer came back in and told them hair was in his food. Absolutely, would not recommend Subway.
Worst subway ever. Customer service was terrible. Took 10 minutes to take my order. No welcoming or greeting. Workers were so slow and careless. Messed up multiple times while making 1 sub and I just had to leave at that point. If you are in the area just drive to SUMMERVILLE!!!
I usually skip subway for better places but I went because I had a coupon for 2 for 12 foot longs. When I arrived I found out that they didn't except the coupons that I had. I ordered from their new menu. The employee preparing my sub had no idea what went on the subs on the new menu. For $21 for 2 subs and no drink or chips, I'd much rather go elsewhere. Subway has gone completely downhill.
Outdoor sign is demolished. Drive thru was helpful but salad didn't seem normal size and drink selection was low options.Food: 4/5
Ordered no bread bowl and got an aoli, oil and vinegar soup. Worst meal I’ve had anywhere in a long time. Wish there was an option for zero stars.
