Great campground. It is a bit hilly so you should plan ahead for your little ones. Most sites are decent size. Mini golf on site is always fun. As is the fish pond. We will be booking another trip there next year. Playground: The two playgrounds are nice. They even had a bounce house when we were there Restrooms: Restrooms and showers were very clean
This is a beautiful campground with excellent WIFI and location. Very spacious sites and loaded with activities for all ages. They have heated pools, 18-hole mini golf course, stocked fishing pond, bicycle rentals and trails, recreation room with games in addition to many children's playgrounds. For the weekends in the month of September, they were have early Halloween for the kids. Very nice staff!
Really nice campground, but as other reviews it is hilly! Plenty of sites to pick from if available. 2 pools , beautiful rec hall with fireplace. We were hoping to see the horses but they were at Fryeburg fair. Lots of walking trails and can bike on the Lamoille rail trail. Camp store has many items for purchase. We enjoyed playing mini golf! We hope to return!
We have relatives near Sugar Ridge so we parked our class A rv there for 5 days. The staff was truly wonderful! We ran out of propane and the manager made an exception and filled our motorhome outside of the normal hours of operation! Shirley was very friendly in the camp store and took good care of us. Our site was not a pull thru but still easy to back into and lots of room. We didn't use the pool or rec room but they looked nice. The 18 hole mini golf course was fun also. We're going to recommend Sugar Ridge to everyone!!
Been coming here for years! The atmosphere created by the owner is awesome! Quiet, clean, well maintained. Great miniature golf. Restrooms: Always clean.
We loved Sugar Ridge. We were there in July and the area is beautiful. Every morning the Belgian horses come and offer a ride on the wagon. Electricity, water and sewer available on every site! Great roads to cycle on and paths to walk on. Very friendly hosts! Two large pools and a beautiful country store. Also, an 18 hole mini golf which has little ponds and some falls. We also visited Lake Willoughby while there and that is a must visit! Great central location to visit Stowe, Ben and Jerry’s, and a must visit is Dog Mountain if you are a dog lover! Definitely going back to Sugar Ridge.
What a great campground! Clean. Lots of amenities. Friendly staff with a nice camp store. Very nice sites that feel secluded. Highly recommend.
An amazing place, it was a fantastic time and never got boring. There is an arcade, two pools, mini golf, and they are extremely dog friendly. It's the perfect place for tenters or people in campers.
Beautiful, friendly staff, well taken care of grounds, Friendly campers. Good pricing. Our 2nd time here and we still like it!
Great place. We love the pool and playground and recreation hall. We played way too much air hockey but had a great time doing it. Kids with dirty feet are proof that lots of fun was had. We will definitely be back again
