All students who enroll at Sul Ross State Univ. Rio Grande College are transfer students or graduate students. RGC offers junior and senior level courses leading to bachelor's degrees as well as master's programs in a variety of fields.
Sul Ross-Rio Grande College serves transfer students in the southwest Texas area with campuses in Del Rio, Eagle Pass, and Del Rio.
Rio Grande College offers bachelor's degrees in nearly a dozen fields as well as master's degrees in education and business administration. Students may also earn teacher certification at the elementary or secondary level.
Additional degrees include bachelor of science degrees in nursing, chemistry and biology and a bachelor of business administration in management information systems.
All undergraduate degrees have been fully articulated with Southwest Texas Junior College. To be admitted to Rio Grande College, a student must have completed 42 semester credit hours of transferable work, passed the Texas Academic Skills Program requirements and met other admission requirements outlined in the college catalog.
Bachelor of Applied Science with an emphasis in Child Development or Organizational Leadership; Bachelor of Arts in English, History, Social Science, Spanish; Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Mathematics, Biology; Bachelor of Business Administration; Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with teacher certification available in a several areas. Masters' programs include an MBA and Education.
