I am very ill and am trying to get a proper diagnosis for my chronic illness. This illness causes many disruptive symptoms and has drastically decreased my quality of life. After researching doctors in my area I decided on Dr. Morales and made an appointment 2 months in advance for April. Now, the week before my appointment, the office called me stating that Dr. Morales won’t be in that day so we need to reschedule and her earliest appointment is mid June! When I informed the gal in the office that I had already waited for 2 months, she unapologetically informed me that I would have to wait another 2 months. This is unacceptable and I highly suggest looking elsewhere for rheumatology care. I get it, things come up and Drs are people too. But you figure something out to reschedule me within a reasonable time. You don’t just get to say “tough potatoes, deal with it”.

My highest regards - period. Great Doctors - EXCEPTIONAL staff. I've fought with my fair share of medical professionals - and I am a square peg in a round hole - so even hinting that I like this practice is big - but now several years in - I can assert I'm likely here for the endurance. I am not a patient there but was calling there to become one. I had the wrong type of doctor. A very nice and professional women named Shannon helped direct me to the type of doctor I needed and even made my appointment!! What a great help.

They are a joke.... don’t wanna do there job, my insurance can’t get Thur to em for my sensors for my dieabetes and my sugar is 300 to 400 and they just don’t care. Won’t return calls, or anything worse place to go, they want your money but don’t wanna help you. Plus getting hung up on for wanting to talk to a supervisor.
