The thrift store itself is nice, most of the people are too but when we went in there today, roughly twenty minutes before they closed, we were barked at by one of the workers. She was waving her hand at us saying over and over that they are closing. I understand that it was closer to closing time but there was plenty of time to shop without getting barked at right away. Our family doesn't usually take that long to shop around a thrift store and they weren't closing for another twenty minutes so we felt it was kind of unnecessary for her to do that.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their clothing items as well as home decor. This place is huge and probably has anything you’re looking for. Best part is, it supports the mission!
Clean, organized, great deals, beautifully decorated.
I visited Summit Thrift hoping to find a decent armchair for a guest bedroom. i found a chair i would personally have rated a 3/5 — for $50! it wasn’t in perfect condition, or even what i would call good condition. easy to past on, tbh. the whole space is HUGE. you could look around for maybe not a full hour, but like 45-50 minutes.. maybe 55 if you’re inclined to dawdle. anyway, everything is over priced and there really wasn’t much that was appealing in general. i left disappointed— but i didn’t leave without having the cashier explain there is proof of the existence of god to me. so there’s that!
I give it a three I think the price is a little high for an item my wife bought cashier was friendly. The guy in the back lazy dint offer to help put the dresser in the truck and handed me a dolly and said here you go either then that it ok
The store is clean, and the displays are always nice to look at, but the prices are way too much for a thrift store. I saw a shirt with the tag still on it for 9.99, and they were selling for 12.
The staff was nice and helpful but the store is small and very little crafts to choose from, which isn't their fault as it's all donated but I found the prices outrageous. Dollar tree items that even have the DT sticker are being sold here for double. I spent 98.00 for 1 bag of items and literally spent less shortly after at tjmaxx and burlington combined. I won't be returning to this Nordstrom priced thrift store until they learn to price their items reasonably. And why would an empty coke bottle be $5? And yes i have the right store, each section is small especially the arts and crafts. The jewelry section had no rings, I found that odd.
They have the best suit jackets and ties and they are Christian friendly. The music and everything is a nice experience. I have purchased many many ties and a few books from this place. I reccomend this over goodwill etc. Great place to shop. A little bit high on price but still affordable.
My favorite thrift store in yakima! A large store with a ton of things to look at from large furniture to the smallest bits of jewelry. Prices can be a bit high but good deals are found here and there. Very clean and relaxed with a "churchy" vibe, music that is played. Parking ok but can be tricky with Safeway traffic. Staff stretched a bit thin at times for looking at the show cases. Good quality thrift store!
Lots of stuff. Good prices. Great customer service and employees. Good selection of all kids of clothes, toys, and household goods.
