Great little local air strip. If you're flying private, it avoids the hassle of Nashville.
We had to make a last minute stop due to weather and we were so lucky to have stopped at this location. Even though it was closing time the staff was incredibly helpful. Kyle and Cody were very professional and understanding of our situation, they were very accomodating and it was noticeable that they really cared about their place of work.

Great little airport with extremely friendly and helpful staff. There is an Enterprise car rental location nearby. There is ample tie-down space and usually hangar space available. Gallatin still has good access to Nashville and Mt Juliet and you avoid the high costs of flying into BNA - Nashville International airport. The fuel prices are much better than Nashville or Smyrna. There is usually fresh popcorn in the lobby and a nice place to relax.
