Cody and Joey are true pros, and fantastic to work with. I will be using this branch in the future, even though there are three closer to my service area. They went out of their way to make sure I had the equipment I needed for a big job. A+ for service and quality of equipment rented.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff... Excellent rates.
I showed up right when they opened to pick up my rental. Eli quickly pulled up my reservation and printed out the paperwork for me to review. He stepped away for a few minutes and I completed the papers. He came back and I asked where I should pull my truck to get the item. He said :"No need sir, I already put it in your truck." In and out in about 5 minutes. The return was equally seamless. Great service!
Great staff to work with! They assisted with a large equipment rental, and although we did have to return to exchange some malfunctioning equipment, they made sure to help us quickly, efficiently and ensured that the second time was the charm! Major cudos for loading and unloading out of the back of our vehicle- I was sweating getting sweaty before a wedding ceremony!
I rented a trencher for the weekend. It was easy to pick up and drop off. The machine was in great working order and had no problems. The rental rates were fair. My project was completed with no hiccups!
We rented 3 light towers from them, we were taking them 5 min down the road from their location. It took them 3 HOURS to pull them from the back Just unheard off, I understand the employees get paid by the hour, but there needs to be sense of urgency Time is money

This place was nice and friendly, but the drywall sander I rented did not work and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Luckily I brought it to my Warrenton store and they gave me a full refund. I'll give this place 3/5 because though the product didn't work they still made it right.
17 min on the phone to try and rent a piece of equipment. After giving my address 4 times I had to give up.
Very unhappy and feeling ripped off after renting a bobcat from them. I reserved a bobcat tracks in advance and specifically asked what the total daily would be WITH taxes, because I've dealt with their bogus fees before. I was quoted 390$ before tax, and had him repeat it for me. I called the day of pick up and gave my credit card information and was told it was $470 total. I questioned it and asked him to repeat, but already had a friend there to pick up for me. Turns out they went ahead and charged me for all the "protection plan" garbage that is supposed to be optional probably because I was a woman and paying over the phone. And then they have THE WRONG equipment prepped, and my friend had to wait almost 2 HOURS during the middle of the work day from them to prep the right machine. Will never use them again- there are way better rental options in the area, with equipment just as nice for less hassle and fees.
