The Sunflower PTA is a team of parents, family members, teachers, staff, and friends of Sunflower Elementary.
At a state and national level, we are part of one of the largest child advocacy organizations in the country. In our school, we fund and organize activities and events that benefit our children at school, at home, and in our community.
We have identified four key priorities. They are as follows:
1. Supplement and enhance curriculum
2. Promote cultural awareness, the arts and character development
3. Foster and nurture a community atmosphere
4. Encourage students, staff and families to adopt healthy habits
