Just moved to the Orlando area and was shopping around for insurance. I was referred to SunGate through a friend and contacted them. Bryan Trejos helped me with all my insurance needs and was very polite and professional. Very happy with my experience and very glad I chose SunGate. Excellent customer service by Donna! I went in for a quote and received the same within an hour by email. I didn’t go back until two weeks later and as soon as I walked in Donna remembered my name. It’s things like this which is pretty much non-existent today that makes all the difference. I’m really happy with their service.

Kylie and Donna were exceptional taking care of all the little details and I appreciated the timely responses and communication.

Over the past 3 years I have had many seemingly complicated insurance needs. The staff at SunGate Insurance Agency  has been able to help me, explain to me over & over because it's a foreign language to me! and hold my hand through the whole process. When my company has been up against some deadlines, they were able to pull through and get us fast coverage so our business could advance and add new locations. They work must faster than other insurance companies! I can't remember how I heard about them but I'm sure glad I did. I would highly recommend them!

I started my auto insurance with them last month. Sherry is the person who helped me with my coverages. She is good. Now I found other insurance agency who saved me money on my insurance so I called to cancel my policy with SunGate. Sherry wasn't there so I talked to Brian and he told me that my new insurance agency is supposed to send them cancellation form. Then i called Travelers who was my insurance carriers and they told me that SunGate is supposed to send you form to sign and cancel it. I called SunGate again and Sherry was not there today either so I ended up talking to Brian again and told him that Travelers is telling me that you guys are supposed to cancel my policy. Brian was like "no buddy that's not how it works." I told him to send me form so i can sign it, he told my email address but never send me cancellation form. I finally got it done through Travelers since Brian wouldn't do it. Anyways I would not recommend this place for your insurance needs because of all the run around they gave me over canceling my policy.
