Sunny Brae Laundry

This is the WORST dry cleaner I have ever used!! I brought my $800 duvet in to be DRYCLEANED and it was thrown in a washing machine and completely ruined! It’s all lumpy! It’s my second duvet because I made the mistake the first time of throwing in the wash and this is what happened. Sleep country was kind enough to give me another but said it needed to be drycleaned. I specifically said I wanted it dry cleaned when I dropped it off in Shédiac. It was obviously thrown in the wash and no one wants to take responsibility for it. Peggy said Shédiac should have put a dry clean only tag on it and the woman in Shédiac says Peggy should have called me. I talked to Peggy today wanting to speak with the owner and she said she would pass on the message but that the owner probably wouldn’t get back to me!! I said that I was going to take this to small claims as no one would even apologize for it and Peggy said I should start the process then! She also said I should have bought the same duvet if this was what happened the first time! Thanks for nothing Peggy! Donnie snow, you might want to think about doing better business! I’ll be contacting the better business bureau as well! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I would love to be able to post pictures on here to show you just how horrible my duvet looks!!

They always do a great job with our dry cleaning.

Reserved table clothes for my wedding received a call from them the DAY before and was told my linens were given away. With no suggestion or resolution. Worst customer experience ever. Will never go there and will go out of my way to make sure future customers are away of how terrible they are. Thankfully Vails stepped up and saved my reception.

The customer service is awful. The person I dealt with was surly and rude. I went there because my regular dry-cleaner was closed and I most certainly won't be returning.

First time experience with any type of drycleaner, was surprised with the work, came out better then expected aswell as paid less then expected. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Wow very expensive 90 to drop off and wash and fold u guys got to crazy . I am glad she call back with a quote .

Brought a dress to get it pressed. They completely ruined it. Brought it back and they said they were going to try and fix it. I'm not looking forward to going to get it tonight. wedding is in 3 days and I'm the maid of honor....
