First time here was 8/2 and I was very impressed walking in. Very clean and welcoming and helped me endlessly find the perfect color!! However, when it came to the job itself polish change on feet and gel manicure I am less than pleased. Very friendly staff and very quick, a little too quick. She was so rough on my nails and filed them down WAY too much and made them so thin she broke two of them. It took me forever to grow my nails out and after today I am just sad. The paint job on the hands was less than decent. Not full coverage on the nail and just a speed job. Again, nice people but I do not think I will ever return just because this place is not for me! Sam does a wonderful job at doing my nails. I have been going there for a few months and she never disappoints. I highly recommend going there. I always come out of there loving my nails. They also have really good service which I like.

We had appointment for four pedis, one mani. Technicians weren’t here at work. There was a technician available for my mani but she couldn’t do mine “because she had an appointment coming”. This was 25 minutes after our appointment times.Service: Pedicure

Never leave reviews ever, but I have to leave this one. After waiting almost 25 minutes, I received my pedicure and it was the most rushed, unrelaxing pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. It took 12 minutes total, that’s it. I timed it! There was no nail buffing or shining, nail filing, minimum callus removing, 2 seconds of a “massage”, no scrub done. HONEST REVIEW. I been going to this salon for the past 3 years. So here is the breakdown of every single tech in this place and my opinion about this salon overall. HENRY manager/owner: took his time, but so rude and I felt rush sometime. VICKY: I thought she was the manager at first but no, Henry is. She is VERY FAST, my entire dip manicure took her 10 minutes. If you get her as your tech... either run or might as well go donate your money for a better usage. TINA: RUN! a $65 pedicure was done in 20 minutes. Waste of my money. SAM & LENA: Very rush, and they overcharge you. Vicky did my nails with designs and all for $65. The same exact style with Sam and Lena cost me $80-$100. Why? I do not know. SUSAN & TRACY: Nice ladies, but my dip always break in 2-3 days. LINDA: She don't really talk and she used her drill so much on my nails one time, there was a hole in the middle of my nails. KATIE: very quiet girl, she is not consistent. Some days she took her time, some day she does not. It quite upsetting as I was hoping to finally find a good tech her. SOME GUY'S NAME THAT START WITH T: I hate myself for not remembering his name. He has curly hairs. The only guy there beside Henry. He been doing my nails for the past 2 times now. I freaking love this guy. My dipping manicure with tips never been looking so good like they are now. They been stayed on for more than 3 weeks, no break, just very grew out. I have attached pictures below. He took his time for both manicure and pedicure. He is very nice, never pushy like the other ladies. It finally look like this place can hire a good tech for once. This place overall is clean, that is why I kept on coming even though for the longest time all the tech been quite unprofessional. Worst experience ever! We had made an appointment for manicures, and sat for over 50 minutes past the appointment time. Once we were seated, our manicures lasted just over six minutes we timed it. The results were not worth the time or money. Never going back there again.

I went to this salon for a simple gel manicure with long, strong nails, but I left with paper-thin, bendable nails. She shaved my nail beds down multiple times, making them so thin that anytime I used my hands, my nails would bend and sting due to the nerve endings being so exposed. Not to mention she hardly put two layers of gel polish on. This was definitely not the relaxing salon experience that I was hoping for.

The woman rushed my nails. I was dissatisfied and uncomfortable, and she broke my nail and made it bleed, then to make up for it she offered me a piece of gum.Service: Nail repair

Got dip and gel polish on my toes. Had Sue as my nail tech she did a beautiful job! Place is clean and modern. Loved it will def be back!
