The Club
Sunrise Health & Racquet is an independent, private, club that caters to families in the Massapequa and surrounding communities. Kids 12 and under are free! Sunrise Beginnings is a program for kid's between 7-12, where strength and conditioning classes are taught in the kid's gym 6 days a week. The junior racquetball program is also complimentary in which children are taught racquetball skills for 30 minutes and then have 30 minutes of free play. The child center for younger children ages 3 months to 6 years of age is also available at no charge. Adults are privy to a 7,000 sq. ft. fitness floor, a very large selection of group exercise classes including BodyPump, Power Cycle, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, and much more... In addition to the 7 racquetball courts available to all members with no court fees comes extensive programming: Leagues, Monthly Shootouts, Game Arranging, Lessons, etc... Full Court Basketball is another way to work up a sweat while having fun. Other amenities include: Locker rooms with showers and saunas, a juice bar, hydromassage bed, and complimentary towel service.
