Formed in 1922, SHCA is one of Seattle's oldest neighborhood associations and has played a key role over the years in shaping Sunset Hill and Ballard.

"Sunset Hill Community Association clubhouse, built in 1927, and available for event rentals. Our classic, restored two story Arts and Crafts style clubhouse is available at reasonable rates for all types of events. We are a non-profit neighborhood group, run entirely by local volunteers."
