This is fun arcade with many options, and we like the area this KingPins is in!! While we’ve occasionally ran into technical/mechanical issues with some of the arcade games, the problem was always quickly fixed by members of the staff. Speaking of which, the staff members are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional - we’ve been very pleased with the service. The food is not bad, especially for an entertainment center! We’ve had their food a few times, and my favorite is definitely their grilled cheese. They also have the best tater tots in town!! I wasn’t the biggest fan of their burgers, and the guacamole on their nachos was not fresh the first time we had that dish the nachos themselves are decent. Overall, a fun place for kids and adults alike!
This is a great bowling alley, the kids had fun and we all had a good day. The food was good and the service was good. I highly recommend this if you want to bowl.
This is a great one stop entertainment shop. There are lots of bowling lanes, an extensive arcade, laser tag, and a large menu. The place is clean, with minimal visual distractions You know how some bowling places have obnoxious screens and videos playing the whole time? Kingpins is NOT that type of place. There are lots of staff who are friendly and take their jobs seriously.
King Pins was fun! $41.99 for reservation of a lane for 1 hour so definitely more on the pricey side! But, lots of lanes and the drinks were reasonably priced.
My son has been here for two birthday parties, it’s well organized with lots of fun options: bowling, laser tag whole room for your party and/or arcade games. The 5 stars is for best customer service provided by Amerlise not sure about the spelling, but she was incredibly personable, friendly, informative and just made my little one’s day who couldn’t partake in the laser tag, minimum age is 4+ extra special! Your above and beyond customer service made our day, thank you.
Attended an event for another reviewer with a friend. Laser tag, bowling , and they kept the pizza and fresh salad coming! Great spot attentive staff
This place is wonderful! There is an abundance of games and entertainment for kids of all ages. My teens enjoy coming here. It’s a perfect place for adults to kick back as well. There is a lounge with lanes if you want to enjoy adult beverages with a little more privacy. The lanes for families is spacious and comfortable as well. It’s clean! The waitstaff is courteous and prompt. In the arcade there are games and a VR arena as well as a paintball section. You also get free credits when you add money to your game card. I believe a $35 top up is $15 extra in game credits and goes up from there. The kiosks are convenient for game card refills & if you have any issues there is also staff at the counter in the arcade to help. Did I mention this place is clean? We love going to King Pins and will enjoy it for years to come! Hint: if attending on the weekends, reserve your lane online as they are popular and typically busy. Enjoy!
Awesome arcade with a cutting edge 4-player VR shoot-em up game, a solid bar with a huge tap list, tons of bowling lanes, an ice cream shop and plenty of food. And most importantly, solid lazer tag at a very reasonable price - same with the arcade both are a total steal during the half-off hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. What more could you want? It doesn't even smell weird, like so many bowling alley arcades do.
I was really pleasantly surprised at the experience we had here. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The party was well managed and organized. The drinks and pizza were honestly better than I expected. The venue seems clean and shiny… not like some other arcades I’ve been in. I recommend this place for a fun, low stress, kid’s birthday party or a night out.
Great place if you plan on going with family or a large group. Young crowd easily is drawn towards the arcade, so are the older people. The bowling alleys are a must visit if you want to spend some fun time with friends. Lastly food options are standard and you find everything for a family, for little kids to grown ups like me. Give this place a try
