To much trailer trash and noisy people in park..the manager looks like roscoe and he uses cameras to spy on you. I had a family member that lived there for a few months

The manager and his wife are horrible managers they use cameras and walk around in your yard to take pictures the trailer park is a joke

One of the better trailer parks in the area. Clean and taken care of. Love the creek that runs along the side of it, my son loved playing in it. Decent trustworthy community. Good management. Affordable.

It allows pets, it looks very nice. I give it a 3 star because I know some children that live there that are bullies. I also knew a person that lived there and had a hard time with some there. Other than that, I would still recommend to someone in need of a place.

Nice lil park

I lived here for about 8 years and I wouldnt have rather lived anywhere else, my grandmother is managing int and she has made the place so much nicer than it already was.

If you can get past the junkies, unsupervised kids, and packs of feral cats, the rent is cheap enough, I guess.

Only issue..some areas may be in flood zone near creek.

One of the nicer "mobile home" parks in the area. Good management, if a bit slow to repair things.

They have cleaned up the community, and they have decent rates for lot rent
