Love the quietness that is most of the time. I do have neighbors whose teenagers play their heavy rock in their cars really loud with doors open and it gets annoying as the constant thudding gives me a headache but that is my only problem here. I feel safe and love sitting on my deck working crosswords with a glass of wine.

I rarely have problems here, and when I do, the manager deals with them quickly and courteously. Tim is easy going and often willing to work with tenants in whatever way he can. Yards are mowed regularly. Mail boxes are well taken care of and always well lit. Manager's office is easily accessible.

Looks better than it use to a long time ago. Nicer and newer looking trailers. Still seen nasty mattresses outside.... them should be removed ASAP

Our yard has not been mowed for three weeks. We have had some rain but three unmowed is awful.

Tim, who manages the park is one of the most helpful and friendly park managers you could ever hope to work with. The neighbors are generally friendly or keep to themselves. The only drawbacks are a ridiculous number of speedbumps that will scrape the underside of your car no matter how slowly you go and many people who don't abide by leash laws for their dogs.

What do i say.... Well park is clean most of time. Crime is low as farr as theft or anything bad. But the walls here are so.paper thin. Too much loud music here. So if you work a graveyard shift might want to invest in earplugs here. Tried to tell mgt. On this. Nothing done. So if you move here. Very affordable but there is no respect for your peace and quiet. You can call police but nothing done. Shame...

Used to stay there with my mama.Her and my brother still live there.Evidently some people dont know what a hood is...I promise you this ain't one.

Not kid friendly. I highly recommend not moving out here. I regret it but can't afford to move right now

Our landlord is the best landlord we have ever had hands down. The neighborhood has a few people who think it's funny to jam music as loud as they can almost purposely tryin to start a fight. It's ridiculous

It has really come around in the last three years and most residents like it.
