I don't recommend anyone to move here office staff are rude and changes every year or so. Maintenance doesn't have skills to fix things it gets patched up. Homes are over priced and your color determines your price and treatment. No stars for me but I had to give a star to leave a comment. Run don't look back! That's my experience with them for several years.
0/00 don't recommend. We bought a house here and we will be done paying it off in two years. Once the two years are up we will be out of here. Every month the water goes out. And front office is just awful. Don't waste your time. This place is a complete joke
This is one of the most unprofessional, evil, money hungry places I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Make sure you have a lawyer present and if you can’t do that make sure you record every conversation or have them write down any verbal agreement that was made BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. These people will not hesitate to take advantage of you! Be aware of a lady that goes by the name “Kate” she’s just a plain evil human being and will not help you in any way, nobody in that office will help you. Their all a bunch of scam artist that deserve to get arrested for fraud. They never sent my downpayment to the bank instead allocated the money to a 12 month rental agreement, never gave me a move in date, I was kept in the dark about everything.. It wasn’t until I had to further investigate myself that I found out how much of a shady business they were. Point of the story is STAY AWAY!!! I would give them -100 stars if I could.
Purchased my home after living here for years. Cory was honest, helpful, and all around a pleasure to work with. The guy deserves a promotion. Good neighborhood and schools near by.
I could not honestly recommend this place to anyone. We have been here four years and it has not been good. Lots of empty promises. Very poor management that changes every few months, loud music at night, aimless driving up and down the streets at all hours. This year my car was wrecked while parked in my driveway probably because I complained about heavy pot smoke that fills my house. This park and its corporation take advantage of people with limited resources no matter who they are. I also believe there is a drug business being run in the park and I am not sure who benefits from this.
The most unprofessional place I have ever delt with! Can't keep management, they don't like to own up to anything they screw up so please make sure you have all your ducks in a row when dealing with them! How are you a leasing office and no one in your office knows how to add a tenant to a lease? What are yall even good for then? I guess just lying, being unprofessional, and taking your money. If you have no choice but to move out here make sure you record every conversation or correspondence with them.
Delores is awesome. She took care of everything that needed to be done in a timely manner.. She is the real MVP
After 10 years of residency my time has come to an end abruptly but welcomed. Over the years there have been NUMEROUS management changes however with the current team being managed by Cedric I have hope for the future. He was very helpful in providing additional time for my move out which was VERY APPRECIATED. Overall my stay at the property was pleasant……..the biggest issue was management, which I believe is making a turnaround.
The worst place I’ve ever rented from. Can’t ever get ahold of anyone in the office. Nothing but constant problems.
They don't bring help For homeowners, the lot rent is too expensive over $625.00 a month.
