The soil I received from Super-Sod was top notch and it helped my lawn tremendously. The customer service I received from Brittany Beard was exceptional, she helped me find a better delivery time that fits my needs vs online and knew the product very well. I will be ordering again next year.
Fast and friendly service form Johnny Burgess! He’s knowledgeable about their products, and even helped identify a zoysia sod so I can get some more to fill spots. I will use super sod to buy my sod because of Johnny.
Johnny Burgess was prompt and very helpful in moving & placing my leftover bag from last year on top of the new bag. He sure knows how to maneuver that monster 3-wheel forklift, wow!
Purchased September 7, 2020. These pictures are worth 1000 words. I called and emailed to let them know 20% of my 2 pallet delivery was brown damaged... no response.
The customer service is top notch. The quality of sod is excellent as well as the advice for installation and care of the product. These pictures of my yard is from Super Sod product.
I have had a good experience with Super Sod due to professional, friendly service by Shanique Mattox. There were damaged rolls that required extra effort to use and a big source of concern that it would recover. It did recover. Some rolls were just missing so much, Shanique pleasantly schedule a pick up for replacement rolls. Tip: taking pictures of damaged rolls from the back side can be more representative of actual loss.
Ordered 8 pieces of sod Weds the 5th. Picked it up Friday 9am. Drove about 22 miles round trip. Rolled one piece at a time to back yard. Laid sod down on prepared soil. It was supposed to be fresh cut but it was brown. Called Super Sod and sent picture. They said they would give me new sod if I rolled old sod up and returned it. I am 71 years old and I killed myself installing. I asked for money back but they said No! Beware of the sod you buy
WOW! AS a homeowner, I've called several locations "shopping" and trying to get educated on sod types and needs. Brittany Beard in Lawrenceville was very helpful. She worked to find a delivery time that worked with my schedule as well as suggested soil amendments to help my project be more successful. Thanks Brittany!
This is my second time using the Super Sod business in Gwinnett, my yard is beautiful and healthy. Ms. Brittany Beard helped me with my order, her advice was perfect for my landscaping needs. I definitely recommend this business!
My sod seemed to get a shaky start and I was so nervous to lose it but I just passed the three week mark and Woohoo it’s taking! Thank you for the excellent patient service Scott! He texted me advice and guided me through the past few weeks. Pleased customer!!
