STAY ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE!! Worst experience in a hotel I've ever had!!! The many issues I had had the following major complaints about my stay were: 1. I was almost attacked by a guest's large dog in the lobby, and staff or guest didn't seem to care. 2. My room was not cleaned properly stains all over carpet and nasty soap scum in bathtub. 3. When I asked for clean towels, I was told to bring down the old towels down to the lobby. Then once I got there, I waited for almost 20-30 minutes just to get clean towels front desk staff was nowhere to be found for a long time. 4. Noise upstairs during the night, which made it difficult to sleep during the night. I had requested a top floor room during my booking online made many days before and yet my request was not accommodated for! 5. Coffee machine broken at breakfast - staff didn't seem to care when I made the complaint. 6. Lots of sketchy people on drugs? and homeless folks around. 7. Hotel was run down, in bad shape, and in a horrible area of town. Felt like it was not renovated from the 1960's. Not sure how it is still up to code. This hotel is a health hazard and safety and cleanliness should be the first priority for their guests!! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen! This experience, by far, is the worst I've ever experienced being a frequent traveler. Staying in 2-star hotels in underdeveloped countries were a far better experience than being at this hotel. The front desk staff don't seem to care about providing good customer service and prioritizing safety of their guests!
Nice hotel for the price. The staff was very nice and friendly. They even had breakfast which is a surprise because the price is so cheap, it was waffles, yogurt, apples, orange/apple juice machine, coffee machine, and cereal and milk. The room was nice and cozy with up to date fixtures. My complaints were the floor was not cleaned really good in the restroom and one spot on the carpet, the fridge had an old spoon inside the freezer and the bed was hard as a rock, but it was clean. They had an ice machine on the first floor only and our room was on the third floor and they don’t have elevators. But the staff was kind enough to offer us a room first floor.
Room service tried to break into my room at 9am. Not oh the chain is locked no it was slam against the chain 5 or 6 times. Then while I was down complaining to front desk they tried it again!! Price is good no hidden $100 deposit. Clean enough. Bed was comfortable. Little ran down. There was someone slamming stuff into a garbage dumpster through out the night. Safety: Don't feel very safe when your wife is stepping into shower and someone is trying to break security chain on door!
The staff were very rude. Two men at the Front Desk watched me struggle to walk up a flight of stairs with several bags and a clothes hamper never offering to assist me. This location does not have an elevator. I found a dead bug in the doorway of my bathroom and hair on one the bathroom towels. The bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, my stay was horrible! I do not recommend this location.
I was not pleased with my stay. The condition of the room wasn't great, and basic amentities were unusable. My shower knob was broken and all I could get was boiling hot water. The hairdryer/outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room was not properly cleaned. When I went to the continental breakfast there was almost no choices for food and the juice machine has clearly not been cleaned as there was debris floating in my apple juice. Then as I layed down around 9am to sleep more, 2 of the staff members were coming in and out of rooms slamming the doors so hard I could feel the bed shake. Definitely not worth the money I spent.
I stayed here for almost two weeks the staff is awesome! One guy worked over 20 hours because there was a call in, has clearly tired as heck but still very friendly and helpful! They helped me out when I had problems with expedia which is more than I can say about a lot of other hotels in the area! Decent rooms nothing fancy but good price and good cleanliness!!
It’s not fancy but if you need a place to sleep you could do worse. Staff was friendly, check in and out were both quick and hassle-free. Room was clean, there was a left key left on the desk. Could’ve used some more hot water for the shower.
Rooms were pretty clean, staff friendly. You can kind of hear the people above you which sucks but cheap and nice beds and breakfast.Rooms: 4/5
The first room they gave us the TV didn't work and the phone to call them didn't work. The smell was terrible, like dirty disinfectant. They moved us to the next room, where instead of a compact fridge like the previous room there was a 1.5 cu. ft fridge sitting on the luggage rack. And it didn't work and smelled bad. It was 95° outside so the ac was running, but it was still so humid my clean clothes were slightly damp. I was looking forward to a shower. I turned it on and it was very hot. As I turned the handle towards cold the knob came off in my hand, so no shower. The sink had whiskers from the previous occupant. I have always had a good experience at Super 8 motels, but this has soured me on them.
