I actually started out decorating cakes for my kids birthdays. Where as taking pictures was really more of a hobby. At first I had a few people ask me to do work for them. Not long after that I was taking cake orders and, scheduling photo sessions of all types.

I'm fond of all my projects. I know it's corny but, I really do love my work! I really enjoy making my clients day. When a customer says, " You nailed it!" That you took their idea and made it a reality; there's just no words.
A little about my process:
On cake orders I like to set up a time with you so that we may go over details like servings, flavors, design, location, delivery, and cost. I also do cakes samplings for brides.
For photos it's ideal to be in contact with you prior to your session to plan everything out. ( Wardrobe, locations, poses, travel, etc). This way you're able to be more relaxed in your photos to give a more natural look; not a forced pose.
Most importantly, we are sure to get the poses you want.
I'm very competitive with my prices. I am set on perfection and will give top quality product. If I don't like the end result, I don't sell it. Therefore, I pride myself on getting it right.

I will deliver to venue, setup, serve, and clean up. I will also provide boxes for any of the leftover goodies and box them. I will not clean the entire venue. Only the area I use for the treats ordered from me

Prices depend on all items I provide; cake plates, fountains, stands etc. that are to be returned to me after the event is over. However, if you pay me to cater, this fee is waived.

$200 + travel expenses
I will plan the entire event so it's stress free for you. I will sit down with you to go over all the details of your vision. Then, bring it all together for you while you get to relax and enjoy all the fun things with family and friends.

• 3-5 min. highlight video of the ceremony.
This will allow for a playback during the reception.
*Out of country sessions will have additional fees*
Project times will vary depending on the amount of photos or, length of a video.
Things to think about before you make that call:

• Know what you're wanting
• Know how many servings you will need
• Location of the cake table ( Indoors with controlled air temp. / Outdoors exposed to uncontrolled temp)
• Power supply for cake accessories: water features, LED lights, mechanics, etc.
• Will you need delivery and/or catering services
[PHOTOS]
• Plan a budget
• Know what you're wanting
• Practice your poses in a mirror
I know it sounds odd and may even feel a little weird to begin with but, this helps you to see your pose first hand and, to get it perfected.
• Any memorabilia you want in or, highlighted in your photos/videos.
Location(s)
• People or pets you may want with you in your photos.
• Be sure those people are available for the date and time of session
• Plan out your Outfit(s) (Wardrobe changes)
With that in mind think of spots where you will be able to change your outfits. (Keep the weather in mind)
I have been decorating cakes for over 20 years now and, a freelance photographer for 10 years. I have not had any specific education or, training in photography, nor cake decorating. I'm self taught and do all my own research. As I mentioned before, this all started as more of a hobby for me and grew.
