Walked around looking, wasn’t pressured or bothered, lots of great stuff and when I had a question, quick cheerful support and over the top customer service… seriously a great place Bought this love seat for a great price.
This place has GORGEOUS furniture. So many options! Online was marketed as a consignment shop but not really the case. The employees were very helpful! So many beautiful pieces but a tad more pricey than I wanted to spend for what I was searching for!
Great deals on furniture. We are do happy that we found surroundings here in Naples! The staff was very helpful, we will definitely be back for more in the future!
Bought a patio set at a good price after our reasonable offer. Had it delivered the next day. There was a mix up with delivery but customer service is very responsive and our issue was taken care of quickly with courteous care. Many of the consignment stores in the area can display less than acceptable items at a premium price. Surroundings has a great selection of furniture appropriately priced.
Beware of the way this store does business!!! I bought an aqua painting that was painted aqua in 3 sides and black on one side. The way it was hung in the store, the black side was not visible. When I went to hang it in our bathroom the only side that was visible was a black side with weird spots on it. Alex refused to even give an in store credit and was very rude. He said it was my responsibility to identify the flaws even though it was hidden the way it was displayed in the store. The saddest part to me is that this is a store that has some really unique pieces. Unfortunately, honesty and integrity are not values of this store owner. Please, BEWARE!!!!!
Fantastic selection and service. Love that Surroundings is not only a furniture and decor store but they carry some fantastic gifts also. It always fun to stop in and see what’s new.
Chelsea at Surroundings is amazing! We purchased a new sectional that had an issue come up months after we purchased it manufacturer issue. I called the store to see what we could do thinking they would say it was our problem, but Chelsea took it upon herself to make things better. She called to coordinate with us and even followed up when she didn’t hear from us. She had a new piece delivered at our convenience and she called to see how the new product was along with the service of delivery which was awesome, too. Good customer service is SO hard to come by these days and we were incredibly impressed with her. We will definitely work with her again for our furniture needs.
Absolute worst customer service. Alex "in charge" is arrogant and condescending. Consignors BEWARE!! When you bring in your precious goods for Surroundings to sell on your behalf, just know that if a customer breaks it, or someone walks off with it we'll never know because they don't provide proof that your beloved item was really broken and not stolen, they don't let you know of this and they care NOT to compensate you in any way. No future credit towards a purchase in their store, NOTHING! I do not recommend Surrounds. They are way overpriced and the management couldn't care less about you. Shop at another consignment. Naples had 100's of them!
Nice things, but overpriced. Found exactly the same item only new online for half what they sold it to me for, but unable to make returns to Surroundings consignment store.
The best consignment furniture store in Naples! Because of their sales volume, there is quick turnover of products in the store, so every time I go there a lot since I am in the market to buy some furniture there are a lot of new products on display. And, I must point out, the store's assortment reflects the great taste level of it's Buyer. This is not just another consignment furniture store... it's the best.
