5 stars foe their hair tools.. have their Glider- the BEST!!! The curling want is great too.. delivery is quick! 0 stars for customer service. Purchased their hair cocktail- it was very greasy and melted my nail polish. Contacted them on how to return and their answer was: No refund.... ok.. it melted my nail polisb.. and NO REFUND?!?!?!?! Their tools are great their hair care not so much....
Awful customer service. Warranty scam - send defective products out of the box and charge to replace. Buy at your own risk. Happy with previous products but if you have any issue you're out the money and they won't resolve anything.
Their hot air brush does not work. They will keep $30 of your money for returning a product that doesn't work well to begin with. It turns on. That's not the issue. It just doesn't do an amazing job.
I was in a mall, walking along when a guy at a kiosk caught my attention and showed me a paper that I didn't really look at. He then proceeded to straighten/curl my hair while trying to sell me a straightener. When I said no thank you, he got really awkward. And then, when I still said no thank you, he shouted, "You're welcome, by the way." It's not that I don't think the products would be worth it. It was honestly this guy. It was clear from the beginning that he was only being nice because he wanted me to buy something. Because of this experience, I will NEVER buy one on your products.
I love their products!! I have the Magno Turbo flat iron and it's absolutely A M A Z I N G !! I use it almost every day with their hair serum and my hair looks great!
They r rid me off!!!! They make me buy flat strigther for $100 at Mall of Louisiana last 2 yrs ago and they told me that still have warning if it was broke and can switch it. So my flat strigther r broke I still have receipt and box too and went to Mall of Louisiana then they said they won’t switch it and trying make me pay other $80!!! That was so rude!!!!! I won’t buy it again! They r so lied everything!!!!! Don’t buy it at mall of Louisiana!!!!!
At a mall, a lady talked to me and didn't want me to leave without buying her flat iron, even after I said I didn't have the money on me and would maybe look online. Very awkward, she even burned my head with it. Two stars is generous...
Very bad . They buy me the iron 250usd! And the same iron my friend take it at less 120 usd before one month in same place !! I didn't used it and the next day I told here I dont wont it and she said I cant return it!!!!!
I went to the ParkDale Mall Saturday and I was going to get my flat iron and hair extensions out of layaway, when i got there i was not happy. they WEW NOT THERE. the lady next to them she said they are not open on saturdays. Really not open on Saturdays and busy on weekends. i chexk back in the afternoon not open. I AM NOT HAPPY.....I have call 2 times and left too messages. i wont my full refund back....
super professional I bought one for their products few month ago, the Infra Red straightener and this is defiantly the best one I ever had I even received LIFE TIME warranty for only 19.99 amazing product and amazing customer service Thank you so much SUTRA I'm sure that I will buy more products from this company
