I had to come into town due to my mom passing away. This place helped me so Much. Other places wouldn't even take me since I was from out of state. They knew why I was here...it being such a horrible thing and how this sort of thing makes an easy recipe for relapse. Yet, still other places sent me away. Crossroads took me in and helped me stay safe and sober. I'm so very thankful for their help. I got in and got my meds very quickly. It wasn't even a long wait. This place..is sincerely a life saver. The staff was so polite and professional. Thank you all so much!!!
Clint is a great counselor and I’ve had 20 or so counselors in 10 years across 4 states. When they stayed open all week during COVID most people left for clinics that stayed open only 3 days a week, I stayed because my counselor is actually very awesome.
I have been going here for 6 months and for the most part i love it. I have had no major issues. However i have been waiting since August for them to get my standing order done where apparently they need to get a facility ID to be able to be an approved facility for the standing order and I'm not understanding why this is taking 6 months which may be because of the other only issue i have with Crossroads which is the staff turnover the 6 months I've been there I've had 3 counselor and to be honest i don't even think i currently have a counselor assigned to me when i have to see a counselor they just say you have to see a counselor so you pretty much just go and see the less busy one of the only 2 counselors they have, which can take minute sometimes. I really really miss my old counselor Michelle and wish they would do whatever it takes to get her back!! Hint hint But like i said for the most part its a great place to come, wait time isn't very long at all, staff is pretty friendly especially the dosing nurses. I would definitely recommend this place.
i been here more than 2-1/2 yrs and all cause i done everything by the book i write this i hope in God's ways i can finish this but as far as my heart it takes a real person to speak out knowing that my health is in danger cause she's all about the money where's the Wealth of good people today it was 10 am miss Grace was at the front counter before the exit door a wheelchair man open and said c'mon cmon i of should said no I'm good n not gone in along a lady behind me but i fell for the bait and paid the consequences miss Grace did good but in my heart i believe the man in the wheelchair put the bait for us we learn never trust no white wheelchair man i don't know his name i apologize for calling him by wat i saw period..,it cause me my dose missed one only n it's not miss Grace i really do apologize even though I'm missing 7 ribs and one lung i do it all by the book i apologize but i also paid for more than one year having insurance no one apologize or my refunded me on top i always gave clean urine n net been late till today and then listening to other patients a big mistake i should of been staged up already 40 days take home but it's all about who you know slag.....God in charge
The counseling is great but they need to get the doseing nurse situation resolved. Last Saturday they didn't have a doseing nurse until 11 am and they are supposed to close at 10. For people that have to work and have appointments this is unacceptable. I was one of thoes people so I didn't get my medicine until mon. I had to go two days without it. If it had been any longer I would be afraid that I would make a bad decision to keep from being sick. Thanks.
As a fairly long term client of over 3 yrs the overall experience is good, or at least it's getting much better however the chief complaint is that they probably have the highest rate of staff turn over that I've ever seen. I have been to 4 other independent clinics and this is my 2nd CTC.. The staff turn over os about equal to that of say 1st yr recovery... People dont stay long which in my personal experience generally has to do with upper mgt/ownership.being unconcerned with anything other than bottom line economics. On a positive note they do take Medicaid! So if you can deal with learning your new counselor's name evey 2 months I can...CTC IS GREAT . Okay its been its been a few months since my last. review. ..i would be doing the program and the consumers a great disservice if i didnt edit the last review. They had a major overhaul and staff change if they can continue along this path i promise that I see no reason to transfer. Thanks Ct 2-3 months have passed and ive had thr same counselor which is a first. Clint is great, he is familiar with methadone treatment and he makes my experience so much better. Ill be at ctc until futher notice as they seemed to have gotten their act together. Sober almost 4 years and going strong
My own counselor would not even help me jump my own car to help me get to work after dosing. Tom, Michelle, and Kelli and the counselors you’d want at this clinic as your own. Apparently the other two counselors didn’t want to help including my OWN Who i thought I had become close to for past 7 months, just a show. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Tom, Michelle, and Kelli and the nurses who dose you! Love the nurses!!
Staff turnover is horrible. When a patient gets used to a counselor, they leave and you have to get comfortable with a new counselor all over again. A bad smell devoured this place a while back and staff blamed corporate for not taking care of it. Corporate is cutting costs and getting rid of staff making wait times longer and needed attention less and less. Yet costs of the medication continues to increase. They get you where they want you and then you feel stuck.
I had to guest dose at crossroads treatment center because I had forgot to put in my form for take home doses for Christmas break and I called them as an emergency the day before I left for Christmas break and they were very understanding and accepted my form immediately and I was able to guest dose that same morning. The lady at the front desk on December 23rd was very helpful and kind to me the whole week I was there.
THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY CHANGED MY LIFE AND THE PATH I WAS ON. Clint is one of the best Counselors and Grace is a life altering Woman. They truly cared about me and held me accountable for my choices forcing me to face myself & see what I had become. A year ago I would have said no way I'm strong enough to change and I'll never amount to anything there's no point. GUESS WHAT I CHANGED BECAUSE OF THE SUPPORT THEY GAVE ME THEY ACTUALLY BELIEVED IN ME AND I FELT IT. I realized I could do it and so I did and I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you Crossroads I will hold you all in my heart forever !!!! April
