I really appreciate the pick up service at Target. They don't care how much or how little you spend. They are always willing to bring your order to the car in a friendly manner which is wonderful when you have multiple children in the car.
Went to the guest service desk to exchange a pink SodaStream canister and tried to charge me for a new canister price at $29.99 instead of $14.99. I told them that I had done an exchange before and was told that I was charged the wrong price. So the female working there at that time told me in an unpleasant tone that she would charge me the $14.99 just this one time but then I have to pay the $29.99 next time. She made me feel like I was taking advantage of Target. I got home and called other area Targets which confirmed that a pink canister and blue canister SodaStream exchanges are indeed $14.99. Whoever you are at that guest service desk, get more pricing training and learn how to confirm prices with your other stores before you insult your customer.
Bad experience. Leggings tagged for 32 dlls and the cashier machine says 35. I Called a worker and he fixed the problem. After that, I insert a 20 bill to pay in cash and the rest with my debit, the machine takes my 20 bill and gives me a receipt totaling the entire purchase of 35 dlls with a debit card! And my 20?? I ask the employees for help, they tell me that they have to see what happened on camera, it comes with the answer: your bill was returned from the machine, it fell to the floor very far from you, two girls came by and picked up your bill. lies! They are ladrones, burglars in this Target, they did not allow me to see the camera with the supposed images. Of course I don't think this is true, maybe they do this with others customers. When a machine is going to return the bill due to some defect, the bill will not fly away and make some noise I couldn't get my 20'dlls back.
I filed a complaint about an employee who tried to rush bomb me out the way without saying excuse me. To top it off the manger offered me a free gift card as if that would make up for it. I kindly declined and told her I was not looking for freebies in place of being treated well. This place has become a joke.
Showing up with an offer on Target website which is In-store only and the manager at tech department, Ms. Madison, decided to give us some attitude and refused to check the price as I asked her. Very bad customer service.
Target is ALWAYS a step above the rest in shopping experience. They have great prices but it is the service that keeps me coming back.
Very clean target. No complaints. Large checkout area. Seemed fully stocked up. Staff around every corner if you need help. Alot of clearance items great low prices. The bathroom was clean. the paper dispenser didn't work but thats not a big deal. It was a touch dispenser maybe they didn't want eryone touching it and spreading germs.
The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly! Way better than Walmart. The wait time is never long to checkout.
Great experience today! Joceleen was amazing and so patient with me today while checking out ensuring that I got all my discount with Target circle. Super sweet!
