What a humanitarian!!!! Dr Swanson is a gem in her field. A couple of times, she was not there, and Dr Green assisted. There is no upselling, just honesty...that's why they've been in business sooo long.

As a new patient today I couldn’t be more happier than the way I was treated. My hygienist was Chris and she was just wonderful. I had a terrible experience at the last dentist I was at and was told I needed all this work. Dr Swanson was honest and said all I was told was unnecessary. I feel like I found a dentist that’s not money hungry and honest. Thank you for making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I was referred here by a friend and I will refer this place to other friends. I have been railroaded by other dentists who I consider or just drills for money. Swanson dental was fair and honest and did not try to complete any unnecessary work. Nicole and Sabrina at the front desk were warm and welcoming and they quickly got me checked in and checked out. Emily was a joy to meet as she took my x-rays and introduced me to the practice. Kathy cleaned my teeth and gave me a fluoride treatment and boy can you tell when somebody is doing a thorough job. That was definitely Kathy. And of course Dr. Green completed a thorough examination and this was the part that I liked probably the most… She saw a few things that I could do to my teeth but she did not try to convince me that I needed to do those things. My money is tight. I’m a social worker. So it’s vital to me to find a place that respects me as a person and not a walking wallet. Love this place and so will you, I bet.

After doing a wonderful job on the actual dental work, they worked diligently with my impossible cluster {edited} of an insurance company. Once I finally got to the point where the insurance company was willing to make the proper payment, I called the office and their insurance specialist was not in, so Dr. Swanson took the time to get on the phone herself and lay it all out for the insurance company. I have never, ever, heard of a doctor being so patient and taking the time to square everything away for her patient. Thank you so much!!

Ended up going to Swanson Dental after finding out they accepted my insurance on my insurance website. Upon my first encounter in the office, Tiffany up front was extremely helpful with any and all questions that I had. She checked my insurance for me and set up my appointment for an exam with ease. Long story short, I had to have a few apppintments due to multiple cavities. Again, Tiffany was very friendly every time I went into the office. Nicole, the blonde up front, was also friendly too. Every time I went in I never had to give my name because they remembered me which really made my experience A+. As a new patient, Dr. Green, who did my fillings was VERY knowledgeable and gentle. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I am a new patient of Dr. Christy Swanson and also my husband. It is good that Dr. Swanson is covered with our dental insurance. As a new patient, I am very impressed as to how Dr. Swanson treated me as a patient. She is very gentle and very knowledgeable. Her assistant is also very nice and friendly and gentle. As soon as you enter her office, the front desk personnel is very friendly and very good in reminding you about your appointment. Special mention to Sonya. She is very friendly and sweet and very attentive to us. We are very pleased to the services of Swanson Dental . Great job to Dr. Swanson , her staff , dental assistant, dental hygienist and front desk personnel.

I would give you 1000 stars if I could. I am so filled with gratitude. For not being a patient, calling your office and getting an appt the next day. Walking out the door with a temporary tooth the same day is incredible. Your team is so caring and so patient and compassionate. I have already sent you 2 new patients and I will continue to sing your praises! You should be very proud of the business you have built and your team is top notch. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This year has tried us all, and you make me smile with a big grin.

I did a lot of research on the internet and on Angie's List to find a dentist in Cape Coral. I decided upon Christy Swanson DDS. There was a wait to get in as a new patient, but I put my name on the wait list and I was in within a couple weeks. The cleanings are fabulous. I love the staff and especially Dr. Swanson. She doens't try to upsell you on a bunch of cosmetic stuff. She will explain all options. She is definitely a "keeper".

Not very knowledgeable and poor quality services during my families experiences. My daughter had to sit through multiple fillings & sealants, only to have many of them fall out by the next day. When we took her to another dentist to fix the mistakes they told us it didn't even look like work was done on some of the teeth that we were told had work. Definitely won't be going back.

As a new potential patient I was told today; 9/18/15, I would have to wait until April for an initial appointment!!! I have never been treated as unkind as the Front Office staff member treated me. I called another dentist office, and they were able to fit me next week. I guess they want my business a little bit more!
