Jess and Brandon are phenomenal coaches and people. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this gym! My husband and I were looking for a gym once things started opening up after COVID and gave Sweat a shot. One class in and we were hooked! The classes are dynamic, interesting, and they know how to gently push you into lifting more weights when you are ready. One thing I really love personally is there has NEVER been a push for weight loss at this gym which is so, so rare to find. It's a gym that truly embraces coming as you are, enjoying a work out, and being part of a great community loving true crime and talking about good food is a bonus.
I haven't been able to stick to a workout routine in a long time. But I love going to Sweat. Jess is great, the group class is great, people there are all friendly. I also love that you get enough attention from the instructor to know that you are doing the right movements. Workouts change everyday and every week to keep it interesting!
The BEST gym I’ve ever joined! Jess and Brandon are knowledgeable, fun, and they continue to push you to try new things and lift heavier. Each workout is different which keeps things interesting. And your first class is free!!! So there is no reason not to give it a try :D
Try it! You won’t be disappointed! As a fitness professional myself, I’ve never been able to stick with a group class as long as I have with Sweat. The workouts are challenging and adaptable for any fitness level. Brandon and Jessica and the rest of the coaches bring a fun, welcoming environment, and they know what they’re doing people! Even the warmup makes sense for the workout which is sadly not always the case when you head to a box gym. So happy I have this place in my neighborhood.
Always a great workout. Jess and Brandon are amazing coaches and give you that extra nudge to lift heavier. Love the variety in the schedule and that the classes are never the same.
This place is amazing! Brandon and Jess are awesome and help you to stay motivated. They do an exceptional job of making the workout challenging but also fun. They also keeps a keen eye that your form is correct for both better results and minimizing injury. Highly recommended!
I've been coming here for a few years now. The owners and instructors are fantastic, they have great class times and variability, and have been doing open gym hours as well. Will be working out here for a long time to come.
Brandon and Jess are two amazing people that have created something very special together. Post Covid I was wary about returning to public gyms, and decided to leave my old home at Orangetheory due to some dicey decisions during the pandemic. My friend and trainer, Mel recommend I give Sweat a try because it fit my training style and budget. One class and I was Hooked! The programming is dynamic and challenging and the staff is kind and capable. You're able to get personal attention due to the capped class sizes- and its always a lot of fun. I definitely found my new home at Sweat.
We love Sweat. The space is well maintained and always feels cozy and inviting. The owners communicate well - all of the instructors are friendly. Our daughter does after school classes a few days a week and she has so much fun. She's bummed when she can't go.
