Sweat Garage is HIIT in a fun, positive, motivating class! The workout changes every day: our one-hour class combines treadmill running, free weights, kettlebells, slam balls, jump ropes, resistance training and functional movements. Every day targets different muscle groups so you can sustain a multiple day, back-to-back schedule without overworking your body... and walk away from every class feeling great!
