No matter how athletic or non-athletic you consider yourself, SR is not about athleticism, it’s about community. Sweat Republic is a place for all levels to come together, encourage, motivate, and inspire one another. We offer unique classes like SurfSet (think surfing on dry land), TRX (suspension training using your own body weight), yoga and some others such as Apocalypse Training, I Got Heart, and Fired Up Dance.
