Customer service here is horrible. After spending almost 20mins in line we’re told we need to go to a kiosk to complete the waivers before we can purchase tickets. Keep in mind the kiosks is completely hidden by all the arcade games in the back. The only sign they have regarding he waiver is also completely hidden under the counter where customers and a line is block the view of said sign. We have to then spend another 20mins in line again. They need a better system than what is in place. Ridiculous that you have to spend almost an hour just to purchase tickets during the week day.
It is fun for the kids Because right now it the only choice in town. The facility has a lot of staff, but they all are standing around, not doing anything. The trash cans are full. There’s trash all over the tables and on the floors. There are unopened boxes stacked right where you come in the entrance, and the worst part is the food. Oh, it is terrible. Make sure you eat something because you’re not allowed to bring anything in what they offer is not good!
One of our favorite entertainment venues in town. Had a rare chance to take a couple of the grandkids there this morning. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Peaches and her team always make us feel welcome. We will be back soon!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo wait
Staff was completely unprofessional the whole time my family was here. No one was paying attention to what was going on! Every time we have come the staff has friends there jumping and they are not paying attention to what’s happening. Kids were throwing footballs nearly hitting other children. My wife had to break up a fight on our most recent trip in the rock wall area because the one person watching did not care. The whole place is dirty and completely disgusting. They do not clean or disinfect the property and that is abundantly clear by the amount of dust, trash, and spills everywhere. I would not recommend coming here if your child is less than 10 years of age, it’s truly just not safe and has really gone down hill since opening.
The space is massive and accommodates all sports types from batting cage area, indoor soccer field, 10 basket ball courts, futsal and volleyball. They have a small arcade area and a trampoline park area and snack bar. It’s always a busy place but plenty of parking but depending on the sport spectating could be cramped.
We had our daughter's birthday party here on Saturday and it was not great. There is no separation from the basketball games and it was SO LOUD that it was almost unbearable. Our party was supposed to include popcorn, which we never received, and the teenage "party hosts" did nothing. We never even saw them up in the party area. Very disappointing experience for how much we paid for 2 hours!
Went for the flea market but didn't like the overall setup of the space. For such a large building it seems restrictive and claustrophobic on the inside, and the parking lot somehow enforces that overall vibe. It felt "coldly industrial" if that makes any sense. Kind of like a poorly planned factory setup. More of a place to escape from, rather than willingly go to... especially on a weekend. Flea Market attendance was terrible as well.
Please do not send your kids there unless you’re ok with them getting physically assaulted. My 14 son was sucker punched in the face by some punk who was clearly a sore loser. When his older brother came to rescue him, the kid ran away. The manager was made aware of the situation and didn’t do a damn thing about it. I have since followed up with the police department and filed an assault charge. Apparently, he has kin that work there so they allow this type of behavior.
Extremely loud in this place had no soap in the bathrooms, No supervision by staff at all. Overall, the kids loved it, though.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
Trampoline was disappointing. Many sections were under construction and even with those sections, the entire play area is not very large compared to other places we have been too. Therefore, the value is not that great. The 4-5 teenager staff sit around, not that friendly, and play on their phones during the whole time. I would recommend management to have staff at least clean the floors and wipe down the equipment.
