Don’t let this place wait until the morning of your free class to tell you that you have to have sticky socks in order to attend their class so then you are forced to buy their overly priced ones if you want to attend the class you signed up for.  Sneaky!  I even asked if I could just wear my own normal socks to try the class out and I was told I couldn’t.  I can’t speak about the classes, but this experience was unprofessional.

This was my first barre experience. I was actually gifted a month at the studio for Christmas great gift idea BTW. I wasn’t sure what to expect.  Well, I love it!  The instructors are awesome!  The workout is killer with modifications for every fitness level.  I can feel myself getting stronger!  Most of all, I have really enjoyed making some new friends.

Every instructor I interact with has been super welcoming and given me a good workout. The instructors do a good job of insuring that a newby is able to adapt and adjust their form to get the best results. I love the functional fitness of barre and how well it translates to movements in everyday life.

I'm not a class person, so I was a bit skeptical walking in. Usually there are too many people in the class and you can't hear/see the instructors, etc. From my first class at Barre Forte, every instructor made me feel welcome, and because the classes are smaller, it was less intimidating. I especially liked that the instructors looked at our form, and gave corrections when needed. I've attended 4 classes, and will be back for more.

I'm new to Barre Forte, but ALL of the instructors and attendees have been so welcoming and encouraging as I get more and more comfortable with the classes. I've REALLY enjoyed my early mornings there and am so glad I attended that first class. It's only been a few weeks and I'm already modifying the workouts less and less and feeling stronger everyday!

I am not one who regularly works out, but I am loving these classes!  This is my 4th week of attending Barre Forte and I can already feel a difference in how clothes are fitting and how I look in the mirror.  The instructors are all sweet and very encouraging and want to make sure you get the most out of your workout!

I love Wichita East Barre Forte!  The classes are relaxed and welcoming to new members.  I like that I can switch up my workout with the various classes, and that they offer early morning/evening classes for us working moms!  The workouts are tough but manageable.  Historically, I have always ran, but needed something for toning.  These workouts are just that.  I leave feeling sore and accomplished!

I’ve been wanting to find a good workout to add back to my routine and spent some time looking around town at different options. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at Barre Forte! They have a wide variety of class times which makes it easy to attend, each teacher has their own style, and are all so fun and energetic. The classes are great for people of any fitness level as each exercise can be modified for higher or lower intensity. I highly recommend for everyone to take an hour out of their day and try one of these great classes! You’ll definitely want to come back for more.

Great class!  Love the focus on the small muscle groups. The course offering times on the weekend work really well for me. Having different instructors on the weekend is fun and offers variety to the class. There is a phrase written on the wall - It doesn't get easier, you just get stronger - And I definitely feel stronger!  Love this class ~
