Sweat Society is a HIIT concept that provides the thrill of a timed workout within a group fitness atmosphere. Our "go at your own pace" classes are proven to get members in the best shape of their lives. Whether lifting heavy vs. light or moving fast vs. slow, we motivate athletes based upon individual goals i.e. training for triathletes, weight loss, increase lean muscle mass, strength conditioning, improve cardio endurance. Every HIIT is completed at each person's own cadence which is why this program is perfect for all fitness levels.

I joined POD Exercise about a month ago and absolutely love it! In a month I have seen tremendous results! I wanted to get fit and healthy,but also wanted to get toned and I'm definitely getting there.The workouts are high energy,challenging, and gets your heart pumped. I love that it's something different everyday. Nadia and Luke are wonderful trainers and very patient. They take the time to show you if you aren't doing an exercise correctly. It's addicting and fun and I'm so glad I joined.
Great place to workout! I have had amazing results since I started here. Prior to POD, I was going to Lifetime Fitness for several hours at a time and not seeing the results I wanted. POD is quick, challenging and the best workout. I have not only lost weight but toned up. I am also a lot stronger. I also realized I was using wrong technique half the time. If you have never had a personal trainer, you should go here. They train you to make sure you do the exercises right, getting the most out of your workout. I highly recommend POD Exercise to all my friends and family looking for great results.
If you've considered joining a gym or some type of workout facility, LOOK NO FURTHER. This place is by far the best. In the few months that I've been I've gained more muscle, lost more fat and dramatically improved my cardio. If you don't think you can get a good quality workout in 30 minutes then you've been looking at all the wrong places. Luke and Nadia are fantastic and they genuinely care about each person and their goals. Give it a try, you'll love it.
POD Exercise is the place to be! I've been coming to classes almost daily for 8 month and couldn't be happier with the coaches and my increased fitness. Coach Luke and Nadia are energetic, encouraging, and personable. The family environment and quick-paced, challenging workouts no matter your fitness level will have you hooked immediately!
I've been coming for 6 moths and have lost 50 lbs! I love the positive atmosphere and the motivational trainers! It's only 30 minutes of your day and they take the thinking out of it. The workouts are located at the front of the gym for you to easily follow. The trainer demonstrates each work out along with modifications if needed. It's high intensity training However you can go at your own pace and your progress is tracked. Love love pod exercise!!
After not working out for 25 years, I was apprehensive about trying POD exercise. My first POD class was a great experience. Luke and Nadia were very supportive, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. POD Exercise is truly personal training in a group environment. The instructors are encouraging and so are the class members. POD Exercise gives you the opportunity to exercise in ways you won't do yourself in a gym or at home, and the results show no matter your fitness level. Thanks POD!!
Joining POD Exercise was one of the best decisions of my life. Over the past year and a half, I've lost 25 pounds and gained not only muscle, but greater self-confidence and amazing friends. The environment is completely supportive and everyone is pushing each other to do their best. My 64 year old mother also joined,and has seen big results. This truly is a gym for EVERYONE!
Before joining POD Exercise I NEVER worked out. Words such as bur-pees, squats, and lunges were a foreign language to me. I've been going to POD for 6 months and I've lost weight, body fat, along with dropping 4 pant sizes. I've had memberships at other workout facilities, but never stuck with it because it wasn't enjoyable. The Coaches Luke and Nadia really go above & beyond to motivate you and make working out fun.
Fun place to workout! Luke and Nadia are great trainers! The workouts are tough but there is always a moderation exercise you can do if it is too difficult. I also like how your only competition is yourself. You are measured monthly for the same workout for three months straight and get to see your progress. The best 30 minutes of your day, I promise!
Great workout! I love seeing the results. Luke and Nadia are always encouraging and make sure my form is correct. I attend the 5:30AM workout and I wouldn't be going to the gym that early if it weren't for the excellent workout and encouragement of the trainers. 6+ months into my membership and I still look forward to going every day. It will change your life!
