Sweat Therapy Fitness is owned by Brian and Kim Bibeau and opened in April of 2010 in Midtown Tallahassee. We offer small group fitness and personal training. Workouts have no more than 20 people and include Real Ryder indoor cycling, TRX suspension and RIP training, Indo-Row water rowing, yoga, barre, pilates, strength training, core conditioning and more. Sweat Therapy Fitness also offers Rock Steady Boxing for those with Parkinson's Disease and Forever Fit senior fitness.
Our studio has spacious spa locker rooms stocked with large towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hair dryers.
