Swedish Express Care at Walgreens Seattle Broadway

Since moving to Seattle, I fought long and hard to get all of my care through Swedish. Their doctors and staff are all PHENOMENAL and for someone who suffers from chronic ear infections a trained eye makes a difference between easy healing or an ER days later. This is my go to on the weekend if my ENT or primary is closed. Michelle, the practitioner i try to see here, is knowledgeable beyond what I’m used to from even a GP. She listens, gives a thorough exam and not only treats, but educates along the way. I have finally found my emergency go to. Thank you for always providing the excellent care and knowledge!

I’ve been in there a few times and this is my personal favorite urgent care in the area. Their service is fast and the doctor there is patient and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. They’ve always treated me with the right medicine. I’ve had some bad experience with other urgent cares that prescribed me wrong meds. I would recommend going there if you have urgent symptoms and can not get to your family doctor right away because this clinic is open from, I believe, 8am-8pm. It’s really helpful when you want to get treated immediately.

This is NOT an urgent care. This is an express care which is incorrectly advertised by Swedish as an urgent care. They have no authority to prescribe or handle more than small cuts bruises and minor colds. DO NOT go if you have a more immediate issue.

nice people at this location but cannot get a call back to save my life. super hard to reach this clinic which is scary to know as a patient. especially when i say its serious and still don't hear back

I've been here twice now and both times I was seen immediately and out within 20-30 minutes. I feel like the staff is caring and honest when it comes to my care.

I saw a doctor for my infected pink eye. The service is fast and good.

Closed on Labor Day, what a complete joke. I guess nobody gets sick on Labor Day in Seattle.
