After dealing with companies on other builds who have terrible communication, give you the runaround, and outsource their materials overseas; working with Mark was a breath of fresh air. He gave us his personal time and attention throughout the entire process and was able to take us from design to installation in record time. I am very impressed with this company. We had to make 8 workstations from 4. Sweedlows worked the calculations a few different ways to provide options, and it turned out better than I expected. Sean came over a couple of times to double-check the plans and he was here early on a Saturday to get his crew on the right track as well. We expected to lose a whole day, but the Sweedlows crew was in, out, and all cleaned up in just three hours. Bravo!
Swedlows saved Carrie Real Estate! It was a rollercoaster ride with another vendor until Sean of Swedlow made all the arrangements for the build-out of my office plus making it work within my budget and timeline. As the Administrative Manager at our company, I contracted Swedlows Distributors for a major part of our office renovation. This project included an upgrade in our workspace areas cubicles, flooring, and painting. Sean Swedlow and his team were beyond professional and ready for the job. From understanding our needs, vision, and expectation, we were provided with comprehensive diagrams, samples, and suggestions. They were very flexible and willing to work around our 24/7 business model. As with most big projects, things do come up and adjustments must be made. Sean was very instrumental in our success by providing solutions, and personally overseeing the entire process. Throughout the adjustments, Sean's communication was consistent, detailed, and professional. The removal and install of all cubicles were done quickly and with no interruption to our day to day business. I will definitely be working with Swedlows Distributors for any future projects. I highly recommend them for any of your office needs, especially renovations.
Swedlows did an amazing job! Everything from the first point of contact to the very end. Communication was on point. I was guided every step of the way with the upmost patience. Many options to choose from for your office needs. I would definitely recommend.
I rarely write reviews, but recently I upgraded all my office furniture and the service from Darla was exceptional. She was patient with me while I asked a million questions and helped me decide on a few pieces that I was unsure about.
I’ve worked with Mark a very long time. Always gets me the items I request fast and in perfect condition. I will continue to use Swedlow’s Interior as my go to office furniture supplier. I would recommend this company always.
