All products are duplicated according to your instructions and will not be changed unless asked. We ask that when placing an order, there be advanced notice, at least 48 hours. We ask that when placing an order, that a deposit for half the cost of the cake or other dessert, be made ahead of time and the remainder be paid after the product is complete. If you are not fully satisfied, please feel free to express your feelings in a timely manner and a refund will be issued based on the full product being returned.
