We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and fresh everything was. This was a definite improvement from our last visit some months ago. The toppings bar was well stocked, neat and organized and there was a nice selection of flavors. We will definitely be back again!

We went today 10.16.22 and the entire place has been cleaned up and improved. There is new management and they have done such a great job taking care of everything. They have added new flavors and all the toppings are fresh and plentiful. Will definitely be back!
Love this place. They have a wide variety of toppings to add to your frozen yogurt. If you haven't tried it, I prefer caramel on top of strawberry frozen yogurt with gummies and some strawberry juicy pop balls.
We decided on going out for frozen yogurt instead of soft serve after dinner. When we walked in the store, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the store was, it literally smelled fresh and clean. Unfortunately, it has not been so clean in the past. It was nice to see the store very busy on a summer Friday night. As soon as we walked in, we were nicely greeted by an associate and asked if this was our first time visiting. She was very sweet and ready to assist our family. Disposable gloves were readily available to put on when using the machines and topping bar. The machines and topping bar were very clean. The associate behind the counter was pleasant and filled toppings as necessary. The associate who greeted us, cleaned tables and chairs as soon as customers were finished eating and left. It was nice to sit at a clean table and not get your arms sticky with someone's yogurt spill. The team working on the evening of July 15, 2022 should be commended. They were A++++ , friendly, courteous and clean. We enjoy going to Sweet Frog. I certainly hope the store remains like it was last night!
Many flavors the employees are so friendly and helpful great for kids and very clean bathrooms. My personal favorite is the cheese cake flavor
Lousy...frozen yogurt was more like semi slushy. Hot fudge was watery, help behind the counter were too young to understand what good customer service is all about. They were more interested in their cell phones & chatting with each other than "fixing" issues. Will not be returning!
The place is amazing. The staffs are friendly and the frozen yogurts are delicious.
Every single time we go into this location half the flavors are down, machines turned around. The ones that are “working” nothing comes out of, drips of liquid. And not a single sole is behind the counter to speak to. I’ve walked out 4x now and never once been able to try this place! It’s unbelievably disappointing. Do better please.
The kids and I are really feeling the frozen yogurt sweetFrog has to offer. Bunch of different flavors to choose from. I am an chocolate guy myself. Their chocolate is on point. Plus they have a huge sselection toppings. Beat the heat with some frozen yogurt from sweetFrog!
