Omfg!!!!! This store is LITERALLY my FAVORITE in alllllll of Rochester!! Soo cute and very reasonably price and great quality stuff! Licensed Sanrio dealer, soo they have Hello Kitty and more! Wonderful... must go! I got a beautiful purse, necklace made by owner with real freshwater pearls!, unicorn headband and adorable hair bows! Oh yea... and they have the cutest selfie corner

What a sweet little gem of a store to find in Rochester, I loved it! I went in thinking it was a candy store but it was a super cute alternative store with tons of bags, accessories, clothes and some Japanese cosmetics and a few brands hard to find in stores like Sourpuss and Killstar! I purchased a Pulp Fiction blanket, some stickers, Japanese candy and I met the owner who was the sweetest and helped me find some movie stickers and chatted a bit as well. Super kind service, an awesome little shop with the coolest aesthetic, I can’t wait to be back!
Great little local boutique! Everything in the store was super cute and the staff was very nice. My daughters love the place! I'd definitely recommend going there and checking the place out!
Closed more often than open & attended when I walk by. Not that their products are my style they are not, but it's odd how the store is closed so often when I am in the buildings.
This store is incredibly cute and cool, both in the things you can buy and also the general aesthetic/decor of the store. Reasonable prices on a wide variety of fun trinkets, toys, beauty supplies, etc. that you can't really find anywhere else! The owner dresses in unique outfits and clearly pays a lot of attention to detail. You should definitely stop by if you're at Village Gate.

I live in Maryland and my daughter really wanted to go to the storeSweet Poison Cupcake. So I made the trip to NY, I have to say I am so glad I did for one my daughter was super excited. The store was amazing having many styles she really liked. The prices are more reasonable then online. The owner of the store was super nice and very helpful. And we ate at the restaurant in building and she recommended the best fries. If you kids are into cute outfits and cosplay this is definitely the store for you. I highly recommend. I will definitely make the trip again with my daughter.
This place is a fantastic store. They have a great makeup selection, are always playing fun and upbeat music, and the clothing is great. My only complaint is there isn't a huge selection of plus size clothing, but there's plenty of accessories that make up for that. There is no store like this in Rochester, and it's totally worth checking out.
