Swift Movement Studio was founded under the idea that you should be one with your body. Learning to move and master your body is our goal.
Swift Movement Studio offers Parkour and Agility/Mobility classes to master your movement.
The dream is to create a single facility with the simple goal of teaching MOVEMENT and achieving fitness through movement. I had seen the workout gym cycle; Person signs up, works out hard for a few months then drops it. Why is that? Hmm I realized its because there is no goal. You show up, you do what you feel you should do and then you get bored. Behind Swift there is always a goal, a progression, a next step or a different program with a new movement to master.
October 2nd, 2015 the dream is alive; Swift Movement Studio had it’s Grand Opening. Seth and Matt worked hard for months to imagine, design, and build Cincinnati’s first dedicated Parkour and Movement facility.
